The location and staff were helpful and gave us a ground floor with our dogs

Very tired property needed painting and cleaning bed nice and clean but towels were old small and thin I wouldn’t use them for my dogs

The room was impeccably clean and spacious. We enjoyed a relaxing evening drink in the garden. The inclusive breakfast was good and there was even a machine for making freshly squeezed orange juice. The free shuttle from the hotel to the airport was a huge bonus.

The breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed by the sheer number of Japanese tourists at breakfast - tables were not cleared quickly enough and certain items ran out. Overflowing litter bins in the gardens had not been emptied overnight and there were crisps all over one of the seating areas. The hotel is located in an industrial area. The website states that the restaurant is not open at weekends and there are no restaurants close by. The restaurant was actually open which was a pity we were not aware and had already eaten.

Wonderful staff, really friendly and helpful. Great location for airport and access to main road. Supermarket and bakery walking distance. Very clean.

Good choice of food with garden to sit in.

The reaction of the receptionist, the choice at breakfast and the staff serving breakfast / driving us to the airport in the morning were the only good points I can mention. I have to give credit to the quick reaction to the bathroom issue of the receptionist (he also apologised twice); the authentic kindness, helpfulness and proactiveness of the lady serving breakfast today; the young man who was constantly checking the food and drinks on offer with her, making sure that they are filled up and that the surfaces are clean. He was also very helpful and polite when driving us to the airport in the morning.

After I confirmed my location, the shuttle was waiting for me at the wrong terminal and did not contact me to clarify why I was not there. Once I called the hotel again, it still took them an unreasonable amount of time to come over to the neighbouring terminal. The driver did not apologise at all, moreover, he seemed to wait for me to greet him first. In my first room, there was a piece of pubic hair and some crumb in the bathtub. When I informed the reception that the bathroom was not clean, I was allocated another room where the bathroom seemed to be alright but the toilet had a constant bad smell. The bed was reasonably comfortable but there was a stain on my pillowcase. The general state of the rooms seemed to be very much run-down, badly in need of renovation (paint peeling from the doors, walls that haven’t been painted in ages, carpet so old and worn that it raises doubts of hygiene again). The design is very outdated, not worthy of the name ibis Styles (I wouldn’t even say it would be acceptable in an ibis Budget in 2025 but at least, there are no expectations created by the name there). The window could be only opened one way, fully, and considering that my room was on the ground floor and there were no rails or other obstacle agains getting in to the room from the parking place behind, I could not air the room while getting ready in the morning or having breakfast. The back of my breakfast tray was sticky and there was an ant in my coffee prepared by the machine closer to the entrance of the breakfast area, to the right - apparently, my neighbour had the same problem with his coffee. By this point I was so fed up with the issues that I decided to write to the management directly instead of speaking to different staff members. I sent an email with some photos - they have not got back to me. No idea why this accommodation has a rating of almost 8, I would give it maximum 5. Definitely not the experience you want to start or end your holiday with.

Close to the airport, convenient. Breakfast was a nice selection. Good shuttle service on way back to the airport only, poor when picked up.

The pool wasn’t filled up, there was no notice of this on booking.com & when mentioned at the front desk there was no apology, they just said it said it on their own website. I called when I arrived at the airport from the designated spot and no one picked up. I then called directly and the shuttle still didn’t come for an hour. Again, no apology. All in all I was disappointed.

Shuttle was nice and easy and drivers were friendly and helpful

Far from the airport , no vending machines to buy drinks and snacks, no free hot drinks in rooms , no fridges in room, basically no onsite services.
