Hospitality plus great, attentive & multilingual staff. We arrived very late and had problems with key lockers - wou could solve everything with Mike to our satisfaction. Cozy rooms. Great breakfast, fantastic view from balcony.

We felt like at home at BHP

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast has an excellent selection of food and great coffee. Every corner of hotel is beautifully decorated and gives cosy feeling. The bar at hotel is excellent for larger groups because you can hang out with your friends and take a drink together in the evening. The host Mikael is very pleasant and helpful whenever was needed.

Good location, nice view, cozy room. We liked balcony with table and swing. House also has garden with summer outdoor furniture. Good breakfast.

It would be good to have a kettle in the room to have possibility to boil water.

The loveliest place

This place was so so clean and neat. The hotel and the garden is very well kept. The view from our balcony was just beautiful. Such lovely and fresh breakfast with a broad variety of choices. Situated really close to the Sigmund-Thun-Klamm, restaurants, and a supermarket. Last, but not least, the kind host Michael was very attentive and showed us great hospitality.

It was an amazing restful stop on our travels through Austria

Very comfortable bed, a congenial, gracious host, and an amazing breakfast. The location, in a beautiful little village surrounded by mountains, was perfect. We would highly recommend this boutique hotel and would stay the again.

The staff was very nice and welcoming (Tamara). Room was very clean and organized. Location of the hotel was great - very close to supermarkets and also to hiking routes (we could walk to there).

The town was very full of tourists and not authentic.

Good

- Very welcoming and friendly hosts, they always made sure we had everything we need. We got some recommendations what to do in the area from a local point of view, it was great. - Great breakfast with a big selection of different products and drinks, freshly cooked eggs, cheeses, fruit, baked goods, vegetables, etc. - The garden of the property is a dream, it is very beautiful with a lot of flowers and benches, it was pleasant to stay there, read or just enjoy the greenery. - The room was very clean, everything smelled great and is very well cared after. Beds were very comfortable. - Balcony was quite big and we could be outside a lot. Free parking at the property is a bonus, it was very convenient. - There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby to visit.

- The hotel is in between other apartment complexes. When you sit outside you look at other people's balconies, the street and parking lot. - The room and the bathroom were very tiny, there is just enough space for the bed and hardly for suitcases and other stuff. Balcony helped on days with good weather to have more living space. - When cleaning the room the staff neatly rearranged our personal things in the bathroom, this felt a little bit strange and intruding, never had this experience before in a hotel.

All respect to the hotel. When we got there, we found out that the bed in our room was broken. The hotel reserved a room for us in another hotel, we didn't have to pay anything and we even received a gift from the hotel. Thank you for this helpful attitude.

Perfect place to stay in Kaprun!

Beautiful hotel located just in the middle of Kaprun. Nice, clean and comfortable room. Very nice surroundings, parking is no problem! Very friendly owner! But the best is the breakfast. It is really amazing. :-)

Nice and cosy hotel, very quiet place and very helpful stuff. The garden is beautiful and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Loved the little chocolates, bottle of water and apples they left for us in the room :) Very well recommended

it is a very nice boutique hotel that has everything you need on a vacation. It’s in a central spot for many attractions. Margaret the host is very pleasant and the breakfast is astonishing. I highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Austria.

Wonderful!

It is a great location. It is near the ski area, very good neighborhood. I highly recommend it. The breakfast is so delicious, the host there is very carefull regarding details and very friendly. He also recommended us a nice place nearby for dinner and that was also great: Dorfstadl (5 minutes walking distance) We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was gorgeous!

One single thing could get in the way of a good night sleep. If the other rooms are occupied, the noise outside the room is a bit disturbing. You can hear everything :D From footsteps , to locking their door etc. Luckily for us we were so tired we could sleep very well that night, but if you have a light sleep, it cold be a be disturbing.

Breakfast exceeded our expectations! It looked and tasted tasted. There were fresh flowers around the hotel every day and candles lit every evening. Had chocolates on our bed every night without fail. Very clean and Michael helped us with anything we needed.

For a longer stay, the size of room would have been a bit small. But we stayed for one night, therefore it was perfect.

We loved the design, comfort and the modern ambiente of the place! We were welcomed very warmly and felt immediately at home at Pinzgauerhof :) An absolue highlight was the breakfast table (Thanks Michi again for the goat/sheep dairy) :)), I cannot find words for how beautifully, tastefully the foods were presented - in one phrase: we loved Pinzgauerhof!
