C'est un hotel classique au bord de la route,confortable et moderne,mais pas spécialement bucolique.Proche des lieux à visiter. Nous avons trouvé Kaprun plus agréable que Zell Am See,trop touristique et bondé. propriétaire sympathique

un restaurant sur place serait bien; Nous avons demandé conseil pour un restaurant à Kaprun mais le jeune homme à qui nous avons posé la question n'a pas su nous répondre ?? Nous avons atterri à la taverne gastwiitsschaft,un régal d'ambiance et de repas.

Prima verblijf op rustige locatie net buiten Kaprun

Locatie net buiten Kaprun maar daardoor lekker rustig en prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Heerlijk bed, lekkere dekbedden. Prima ontbijt. Gratis parkeren voor de deur. Zelf-Checkin maar goede communicatie vooraf. Kamer was niet groot maar wel van alle benodigdheden voorzien incl. waterkokertje. Wij zijn 3 nachten gebleven, standaard wordt alleen de prullenbak geleegd en op verzoek de handdoeken vervangen. Vonden wij prima geregeld! Prijs-kwaliteit is goed, zeker vergeleken met de (soms absurd) hoge prijzen in Kaprun regio.

Het hotel is compleet ingericht als zelfservice hotel. Wij vonden het daardoor wel echt “zielloos”. Geen airco of ventilator op de kamer. Houd er rekening mee dat je de auto moet pakken wil je naar Kaprun om te eten o.i.d. Als laatste puntje om rekening mee te houden; de badkamer is erg klein en de douchekop hangt op schouderhoogte. Beetje behelpen als je groot/breed bent, maar alsnog werkt alles prima.

Prima hotel, lekker rustig!

Heerlijke bedden, prima ontbijt, mooie kamer met fijn uitzicht op de berg. Er is een zelfbediening voor een drankje of fris. Helemaal prima. Bij vertrek reken je af.

Er is geen restaurant, echter 450 meter verderop waar je lopend naar toe kan gaan zit een prima restaurant. Je kan wel zelf een pizza klaar maken of een soepje eten of id. Daar mag je zo gebruik van maken.

Veľmi príjemná atmosféra z celého penziónu.

Super lokalita. Výborný personál. Príjemne hranie na nástroje od majiteľa. Išla taká domáca, rodinná atmosféra z celého penziónu. Pešia dostupnosť k lyžiarskemu stredisku. Biliard k dispozícii aj s kuchynkou spoločnou, kde sa dalo za poplatok si čapovať samostatne pivo. Rovnako aj posilňovňa dobre vybavená.

Bolo by fajn informovať, že je veľmi pravdepodobné, že na ski buse sa človek nedostane do strediska rano, lebo sme ich my mali vždy plné a šli sme buď autom alebo peši. Bolo by to 100/100, ak by pri raňajkách mali navyše rastlinné mlieko a rastlinné maslo.

Velmi pěkné ubytování

Skvělé umístění hotelu, hned před vchodem zastavuje skibus. Všude velmi čisto, útulno a personál vytváří velmi příjemnou atmosféru. Příjemným bonusem je kulečník, stolní fotbálek, pingpong a velmi hezky vybavená posilovna. Snídaně jsou menší, ale velmi rozmanité a vše čerstvé, každý si tu najde své. Určitě se sem ještě někdy vrátíme.

Pokud jste ubytovaní ve třetím patře, tak je náročnější výnos věcí, jelikož je budova bez výtahu. Na tuto skutečnost ale ubytování upozorňuje dopředu. Čtyřlůžkový pokoj je velikostí dvoulůžkového a navíc je v něm dosazená dvoupatrová postel. Pri obsazenosti čtyřmi osobami je velmi těsný. My byli pouze na prodloužený víkend a v pokoji pouze spali, takže nám to nebylo příliš velkou překážkou.

All around our stay was quite good. The negatives can be improved .

We loved the location, in the middle of nature with ample parking space for the car. In the room, I have to mention that the bathroom is modern very nicely refurbished and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh , and delicious as advertised. Great WiFi connection .

The environment in the room felt old , musty and damp. I think due to the carpet, even clean, the smell persisted throughout our stay. We had to keep the balcony door open, which was a bit uncomfortable in the evenings. This was in the room we stayed in ,other rooms might be OK . The furnishing and the mattresses are quite outdated .

Der Wirt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zum Frühstück immer Extras angeboten, das Buffet lecker, alles vorhanden. Sehr idyllische Lage, Natur pur. Zimmer sehr sauber, bequeme Betten. Und ein sehr niedlicher Hund 🐕 😊 Empfehlenswert! Check in früher möglich und total unkompliziert.

Stressful

Breakfast very good but thats about as good as it got.

Yet another location where the restaurant was closed (out of season apparently) but open when I initially booked. No staff present to check us in only a helpful guest to help us out. Was told the owner/staff member would arrive in ten minutes to help arrange somewhere to eat (That didn't happen) Had to ride back into the town and bring back food for the others in the group. Complete disappointment with this property. If you like to book, pay and be abandoned this is the place for you !

Cozy and clean family pension very close to the lifts.

Nice and catered pension. Actually everything was even in better state than we could expect. Everything was clean and well arranged. The food was good in the restaurant in the evening and was decently priced. Friendly hosts. The location is really several hundred meters from the lifts, but, as the parking on the lifts was free and the ski-bus service is there I am not sure this is that important. Breakfast was also good - there was a variety of food present, coffee machine, e.t.c. Staying in several places in Austria I can say it was even a little above the standard you can get for this accommodation. Parking is free and in front of the pension.

The rooms are small. We knew this from the previous reviews and were not expecting much - three of us could fit in just fine. Pension belong to the Czech (family). It seemed to me that we were in Czech republic and not in Austria as most of the guests seem also to be Czech. Now we do speak the language and we were just fine with that, but some people could have an issue with that (based on the reviews). Otherwise everything was just fine.

Eco-friendly, gluten-free friendly, flawless heartwarming experience

Accomodation is priceless, you can fall asleep while listening to a gentle waterfall and river sound. The hotel eco-friendly, despite being a pension it has a nearly 4 star style bathroom while the whole house has a friendly, warm, heartwarming athmosphere. The Baranek family makes a flawless job!
