All around our stay was quite good. The negatives can be improved .

We loved the location, in the middle of nature with ample parking space for the car. In the room, I have to mention that the bathroom is modern very nicely refurbished and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh , and delicious as advertised. Great WiFi connection .

The environment in the room felt old , musty and damp. I think due to the carpet, even clean, the smell persisted throughout our stay. We had to keep the balcony door open, which was a bit uncomfortable in the evenings. This was in the room we stayed in ,other rooms might be OK . The furnishing and the mattresses are quite outdated .

Stressful

Breakfast very good but thats about as good as it got.

Yet another location where the restaurant was closed (out of season apparently) but open when I initially booked. No staff present to check us in only a helpful guest to help us out. Was told the owner/staff member would arrive in ten minutes to help arrange somewhere to eat (That didn't happen) Had to ride back into the town and bring back food for the others in the group. Complete disappointment with this property. If you like to book, pay and be abandoned this is the place for you !

Cozy and clean family pension very close to the lifts.

Nice and catered pension. Actually everything was even in better state than we could expect. Everything was clean and well arranged. The food was good in the restaurant in the evening and was decently priced. Friendly hosts. The location is really several hundred meters from the lifts, but, as the parking on the lifts was free and the ski-bus service is there I am not sure this is that important. Breakfast was also good - there was a variety of food present, coffee machine, e.t.c. Staying in several places in Austria I can say it was even a little above the standard you can get for this accommodation. Parking is free and in front of the pension.

The rooms are small. We knew this from the previous reviews and were not expecting much - three of us could fit in just fine. Pension belong to the Czech (family). It seemed to me that we were in Czech republic and not in Austria as most of the guests seem also to be Czech. Now we do speak the language and we were just fine with that, but some people could have an issue with that (based on the reviews). Otherwise everything was just fine.

Eco-friendly, gluten-free friendly, flawless heartwarming experience

Accomodation is priceless, you can fall asleep while listening to a gentle waterfall and river sound. The hotel eco-friendly, despite being a pension it has a nearly 4 star style bathroom while the whole house has a friendly, warm, heartwarming athmosphere. The Baranek family makes a flawless job!

Comfortable room, tasty breakfast, very friendly staff, quiet area close to the Kitzsteinhorn gondole and 10 minutes drive to Kaprun. There is a bus stop in front a hotel with easy access to town.

The coffee could be better. I understand that they did some renovation in the hotel but It was a bit annoying the fact that someone did that till 21:00. Otherwise everything else was fine!

First, Martin, the owner, was an excellent host. We had some troubles resulted from a misleading presentation of the room by Booking.com, but Martin fixed the problem, and he gave us an apartment in stead of a simple double room, located in a better location. We received useful information regarding our arrival, and we kept constantly the contact before check in. The rooms are clean and nice and the breakfast was fine. Thank you again Martin for your hospitality.

Pleasant

Amazing location with hiking trails just on the other side of the road. And with a short drive close to other great nature/hiking places. Breakfast was great and parking right in front of the door.

When we came to the hotel it seemed as if no one was there. After looking around for a while and trying to call without any answer. Eventually we found a key on the desk at the reception for our room. The bed sheets in the room where dirty (looked like dried in blood), when we called the phone number to the hotel no one answered. But after sending a message through booking someone came to the room and changed the sheets. The room itself was not also the cleanest. The rooms where quite sensitive to noise of other people in their rooms/hall way. The hotel has a lot of potential because of its location, just need better hygiene, more modern rooms and better service.

Alles!!! We are all satisfied and happy to have found this place. The personnel were all very friendly and open and were able to meet our needs and beyond!!! Bernhard and his crew are still in the process of renovating the place but despite the work in progress, our stay was comfortable..( for our 3 chihuahuas too!). Tanya is a gem, beakfast was superb!!! We look forward to visiting this place again! To Bernhard and the rest of his crew...thank you for making our stay memorable.. Wünschen euch alles gute!! Bis bald!!

Chce się tu wracać!

Powrót po ponad roku, obiekt wprowadził pewne zmiany, na przykład nie oferuje usług restauracyjnych. Dobrze, źle? Poradziliśmy sobie z tym i uważamy, że było świetnie. Jak zawsze wspaniała gościna, przyjazna. Doskonałe śniadania, część rekreacyjno-kuchenna udostępniona dla gości to super miejsce na wieczorne posiadówki i pogaduchy z jedzeniem. W tym obiekcie wszystko gra i jak dla mnie- całkowicie zasłużona nota maksymalna.

Nie mam uwag.
