Convenient, friendly and good for our needs.
Location and room . Had everything we needed. Good food in evening and morning . Reasonable choice . Friendly staff. Large bed . We liked the location of our room on the ground floor near to the bar and restaurant. Great location for going to a Wedding at Copdock Hall.
Just a bit too warm in room and we couldn’t control . There was a fan and we could open the window . Looked a bit shabby on first impressions outside but once inside had everything we needed .

It was pretty good value for money,
The breakfast looked appetising and tasted good. The room was a reasonable size and the bed comfortable.
The television did not have a signal and although two members of staff tried to cure the problem, I was given a different room. Sound proofing could be improved as noise from the room above disturbed my sleep. There was quite a wait at breakfast for some of the hot items to be refilled.

Second time I have used the hotel in three months and again the Pool was shut. No prior notification when I booked the room very disappointed
