Very clean. Room was a decent size with a very good shower. Air conditioning was also very good. Decent breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon,mushrooms,baked beans. A good choice of breads and decent continental style breakfast if you prefer. Also has nice outdoor seating where you can smoke if you wish. The staff are all excellent. Very helpful and pleasant. We had no problem with noise at night.
Parking can be a problem with limited spaces. There is however a nearby council car park which you can use and is cheaper than the hotel parking, but not quite as convenient. There is no bitter available on draught.

Good accommodation and breakfast.
Friendly staff.
Reasonable price for a twin room and breakfast for two adults.
Had to pay £10 for parking.
Fairly noisy near a road.
A wider selection, not just basic tea and coffee would be appreciated e.g. decaffeinated (a small selection was available in the breakfast room).
A small point - I didn’t notice the nuts and seeds until after I’d eaten the cereal as they were placed near the spreads/jams etc. Also, bananas were brought out later.

Location central & room clean, very friendly staff
Breakfast was adequate (plates cold)
Parking - Had to pay for parking, but when we returned to the hotel late after an event, there were no spaces
