Excellent value for money. Spacious rooms with power sockets next to the bed. Great shower too. Breakfast had more than sufficient choice and good quality produce. Staff were friendly and courteous. We checked in early so no issue parking outside. Short walk to Ipswich train station.

Really surprised how great this place was, especially as it was really well priced. Was spotlessly clean throughout the whole place not just the room. Facilities were better than expected. Breakfast was included and there was so much choice with real quality produce, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Nit a criticism as it Didn't affect us as we didn't need to use our car once parked, but it does cost extra to park, which is fair. Just be mindful it is a small carpark, if you leave you may not be guaranteed a space again. They have a great refund policy though if you've paid for the night and cant re- park.
