Friendly and helpful staff, ideal for short stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, very welcoming to my young children. Clean rooms and free parking. Great that children under 12 eat for free in the restaurant. Liked the small play area within restaurant.

Was quite noisy but we were on ground floor might have been better for sleeping on upper floors.

Could do better

Rebecca was a fantastic receptionist really welcoming. The bar staff were nice and pizza was good but no basil on the margarita.

Breakfast wasn't great hashbrowns were greasy tasting no veggie sausage or veggie bacon. Would prefer to order fresh its a easy cop out having a buffet but not good for hot food.

Good location . Well appointed and comfortable room . Laura on reception friendly , efficient and knowledgeable.

Meal in the restaurant very disappointing. Fish and chips looked and tasted like they had been cooked hours before and kept warm . Very soggy and bland .

We stayed 2 nights. We did not sleep at all well because of the small bed.

It was a good location as we were visiting family who live nearby.

Lovely, relaxing, great sleep, great customer service

The lady on reception on arrival sorted it so could have a really quiet room, because I’m a light sleeper, and you had a Xmas party. I didn’t hear a thing and had a great sleep! She was also there in the morning with a smile, she must have only been away from the hotel for a few hours and still had a smile ☺️ I got a coffee to take out, which was great and the people who served me were also great. I Will definitely stay again 👍

The room was very good. The bed was comfortable. The omelette we both had for breakfast was excellent, light and fluffy. The male chef brought them out to us and we had a short word. An excellent cook. The receptionist who checked us in was very efficient and cheerful.

Very comfortable and made to feel very welcome.

Location was ideal for the purpose of our visit. We have stayed here before and again everything was very good. The staff in particular were excellent.

We both contracted food poisoning on separate days resulting in hospital stays. Can’t definitively link to anything specific apart from maybe draught beer line but bearing in mind what else we consumed and only 2star hygiene rating we were concerned. Hotel not yet fully responded to concerns.

Easy to find, great location. Very welcoming when we arrived. Lovely room, felt spacious and clean. Great bar and restaurant, we had an evening drink and snacks and breakfast the next morning. Great spread, very good value.

I didnt like u had to open a tab on your room for drinks and food after a certain time .anyone could have put anything on ur room if they wanted to no signing .paying at the bar would have been much easier or even paying in advance for food. Not enough staff on for amount of people staying in hotel

We did the dinner bed & b'fast option which we wouldn't do again as the food choices are a bit limited for a three night stay and the Club Sandwich option on the Sunday night was served with the wrong bread and stale looking lettuce and coleslaw, but this was more than made up for on the next two nights.

The staff were really friendly and breakfast was really great. We were there for a Fawlty Towers Dining Experience. Really glad we stayed the night, it finished off the night perfectly.

yes I was really happy with our room. thank you. breakfast was good too. The staff members I met was all polite. The only reason I said no to a romantic stay is there as hotels in places that surrounded by nicer landscapes, The hotel had good connection roads.

Fantastic

The staff were absolutely amazing with our blue heeler pup. Love the fact that the hotel is so accommodating for dogs, fantastic. Room was a good size and very clean and comfortable
