I will stay again at this property and I will recommend it to friends and family 😃

The property was close to where I needed to be. The room very spacious and the communal areas where clean. Not sure if it was provided by the property buy I loved that there was kitchen roll. The property is close to A14 leading to A12 Copdock tesco extra, nearby shops Co-Op, lidl, b&q, Iceland/food warehouse, fuel station on Nacgon Road and variety of your normal Resturants. It was amazing to have parking. Host friendlt and response was good as well.

Not having a desk and a chair as my partner had work to do on my laptop. Next time I will invest in some ear plugs as everytime the guest above my room walked around it woke me up, cant be helped floors cricks a bit. 3rd day the room was cold early hours though the heater was on or maybe its just me being used to my 25degrees at my own home 🏡 🤭 then last night was extra hot which I liked 😀

Very close to our destination. Comfortable bed. Warm.

Kitchen shared and not so clean. Double bed nice but hard to access for second person. Room for a chair and pictures to break up white walls. Codes arrive just a few minutes before check in..hold your nerve.

Not much.

Minimal facilities. No wifi. Very thin walls - could hear baby crying all night on floor below & their room wasn't even below mine. My friends who were on that floor couldn't sleep at all. House is in poor condition throughout. Big stain on carpet outside my room. Stair carpets v dirty. My sheet & pillowcases were completely crumpled.

Could park outside of property, easy access for getting into the property.

Other guests banging there doors and not just closing them. Not enough pillows, other guests leaving there dirty washing up in the sink and on the hob.

Nothing comfortable about it . Bed rock hard .furniture tatty . Carpets stained . Bad communication from owner . Noisy . Bath mats could have walked on their own , so dirty n grubby . Screws sticking out of wall

Enjoyable stay and surprised how nice the accommodation was. Free parking onsite was a bonus.

Breakfast was not included but shops and amenities were close by.

Television in room 4 was not working. We tried but could not get it to work.

It was alright but could be a bit better.

The bed was big enough and there was warm water.

We could not stay at the actual place we had booked because there was a leak. The place we got given instead was alright but not the best. The bed was big enough but quite squeaky. . For one night it was okay but it could have been a bit cleaner.

Prostredie, dostupnosť autobusom, ticha lokalita, blízko obchodu a Mc Donaldu

Všetkých v izbách okolo pocut, kedykolvek sa pohnú, alebo ak im zvoní budík, telefón, hlavne v noci, dosť zanedbané vybavenie, nie príliš čisto na to, že sú tu aj zdieľané priestory.
