The property decor was tired but clean enough. Any faults were diluted by the wonderful hosts who gave an at home feel
Location. Details said it was 1mile from town centre.it was not -probably as the crow flies . Ipswich was awful . Will not visit again

There is so much to like, the minute you enter the premises you’re greeted with a warm welcome! The staff are so accommodating- they went above and beyond for us. We travelled with a young baby and it felt like having extra family with us at times. The weather was gorgeous when we visited and they had a large fan for us within minutes that kept the room cool. The Irish band on the night we stayed were great! Massive thank you for our stay, we will be back - Lauren and Linda
