The hotel layout and lobby has a lovely feel to it. Modern, clean and welcoming with a great bar and choice of seating. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. First time in Novotel hotel and will definitely be back!
Noise of traffic as room was at front of hotel directly on roundabout. Fine if window closed but kept my little girl awake and you could hear the big clock chiming on the hour throughout the night! Did request quiet room but wasn’t possible during our stay. We did however love the room we were given (upgraded us due to air con not working in first room) the hotel and couldn’t fault it. Wished we had stayed longer!

Breakfast was very good.
I didn't like the toilet being separate from the bathroom. Seems a bit strange.
