It was central to where we needed to be
There was a mix up with our room. Arrived at room card wouldn’t work, down I go to reception and get a new one come back to room walks in and someone’s in bed someone’s in the shower and we’re standing there in the middle of the room.

The car park is a little small and at busy times spaces are at a premium. To be fair, this was explained pre booking

Excellent location for the waterfront. Everything about arriving , the welcoming friendly ‘no fuss’ staff who make everything pleasant and easy, the clean room too was excellent. It was refreshing that everything is easy without fuss.
Nice towels, toiletries and well laid out room.
We couldn’t have the room window open as it was so very noisy facing onto the roundabout and busy spot for pedestrians too (room 226). It would be impossible to sleep with the traffic and people noise if the window was open. It didn’t spoil our night though as there was air con and it was only 1 night.
There were a couple of stains on the room carpet which could have been sorted along with general cleaning.
