Great location. Modern and well equipped rooms. Close to everything. Shops, tourist attractions, restaurants and old town.
Bathroom door very difficult to open and close.

Location could not be better, its next to the river and across the river is the old town. For Guggenheim you just walk along the river a beautiful walk and in 20 mins you,re at Guggenheim. ALso very close to metro and train station, easy to connect the train to San Sebastian. I appreciated that they allowed me an earlier check in as my previous pension did not allow me to leave my luggage after check out. There are human beings meeting you at check in, this is a big plus as my other pension was all just online
All good, its just a pension but everything was neat clean and wifi worked.

Location is great, near the train station and old town and an easy walk along the river to the Guggenheim. The pillows and sheets were comfy.
2pm check-in is absolutely immovable. I arrived an hour early and was hoping to drop my bag off but nobody even answered the bell. When I came back at 1:55pm I was told over the intercom to wait and had to stand on the street until the clock ticked over to 2pm. Not sure what the point of that was.
The room itself had no AC and they provide only a very noisy fan, so sleeping was almost impossible. While quite clean there were some huge mosquitoes waiting for me in the room.
