Everything was to a high standard
The fan. Kept switching off throughout the night and turning the light on. Happened 9 times. Fan would run for between 20-45 minutes, cut off and light would turn on. Had to use remote each time to turn light off and fan back on. Please provide a manual for future guests if weather requires fan use

Great location in the old town. Staff at check in were very helpful with booking car parking for us and recommendations for our one night in Bilbao. Room simple but had everything needed for one night.
Our room was right behind the reception desk/entrance so this made it noisy as people were walking past our room all night - it is quite an old creaky building! The receptionist in the morning was also helping people check in/out and on the phone from early in the morning which was also noisy as there was no soundproofing. There are rooms on an upper floor which would be better to request.
The room was basic so seemed expensive for what is was, although location very good.

The location was great
There’s no lift. The room was far too small for 3 people and it was too hot. We suffered because of the heat
