Nice staff, clean beds and bathroom
No lift and it was a lot of flights to carry suitcases. Bathroom was small

Great location, close to all shops and restaurants!
The only bad thing about this hotel is how thin the walls are, could hear people talking.

Lilly was very helpful and made our stay super easy. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean
A lift would be a great addition

The location was good for central Bilbao
We were unable to check in until after the checkin time inspite of requesting early check in. There was also no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which we felt was disappointing.
