Great centrally located spot. Neat and tidy, clean.

Great location in the old town. Staff at check in were very helpful with booking car parking for us and recommendations for our one night in Bilbao. Room simple but had everything needed for one night.
Our room was right behind the reception desk/entrance so this made it noisy as people were walking past our room all night - it is quite an old creaky building! The receptionist in the morning was also helping people check in/out and on the phone from early in the morning which was also noisy as there was no soundproofing. There are rooms on an upper floor which would be better to request.
The room was basic so seemed expensive for what is was, although location very good.

The room was small but very clean and had everything I needed. The staff truly stood out—they were caring and attentive. My luggage was lost, and although there wasn’t much they could do, they listened and immediately notified me when it arrived. I really appreciated their kindness and help during a stressful moment.

Really modern room. Big bed. Great location. Clean.
If it’s going to be above 25 degrees avoid at all costs - you get 2 small fans (no A/C). It was 40 degrees during our stay and we couldn’t sleep because the room was so hot. The entrance to the building smells badly of urine but you can’t smell it by the time you walk up all the stairs to the entrance.
