Comfortable beds
Entry into the actual hotel was rather confusing as there are other apartments in the same building.
There is an outer door with an access code then a further door to access the hotel with the same code, finally access to your room with another code. No early access.
No air con just a fan and very noisy as building works outside on street although that is not the hotels fault. Glad I had my earplugs.

For location you cannot ask for a better location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The entrance hall is stunning - beautiful building.
It was immaculately presented. For a night or maybe two it was fine.
The room was very noisy, we could even hear the neighbours making tea/coffee.
It was hot and the window doesn't allow in air. The fan doesn't work without the lights being on. Was this just us, did we do something wrong? The window backs onto the back of the property which is a bizarre set-up. For a night or two it was ideal. It's probably more of a 7.5 if you take everything into consideration.
