Super central location, very clean and great facilities (even hair straighteners!). The host was very kind and helped me / let me sort out my things after checking out for my camino de santiago, thanks so much for the friendly and welcoming service!

A historic conversion with individual rooms based on local Bilbao history. Each room was very quirky and staff especially Vicki were so considerate and helpful . The location in the heart of the old town was perfect. 5 to 10 mins walk to stations, metro, river and player Nuevo.
The fridge and hot drinks are in a small communal area rather than be available in room, however this was fine as staff were always checking if drinks and water were available.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. There was air conditioning and a window for fresh air. Blackout curtains. Water in the room and coffee which I liked. Nice foyer with a space to make tea or coffee. Bathroom was fine. Room was very clean. Receptionist in the mornings was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.
I didn’t love the neighbourhood. There are two flights of stairs to reach reception. With a small baby this was difficult.
