The staff were super helpful and kind! They made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing.
It is a stone beach so would plan to take reef shoes.

The younger guy working there was so lovely and accommodating to us. On the first morning, he brought us breakfast the first day which was great and made us coffees for free! Definitely a highlight eating a nice breakfast with the insane view. Such a lovely experience with the scenery, one of the best spots on the river.
On our second night the owner brought us breakfast. So basic and different to the night before and didn’t even bother to ask if we wanted a drink. The rooms are EXTREMELY basic, only one tiny ledge where the shower towels were put, no cabinets or anything to hang stuff on. We couldn’t get on the wifi in our rooms whenever we wanted data/wifi we’d have to go sit in the restaurant, we told the owner and he didn’t really care. Grateful for the younger worker as he’s the only one who made us feel welcomed and comfortable.

Beautiful spot in shala river
Staff weren’t that friendly, only 1 man was helpful. The room was smaller than the photos, with exposed screws, with the wallpaper coming off the sides that they haven’t cut to fit, and the shower was broken. the toilet also had issues which was really loud.
