Nice room, newer hotel

there were constantly 4-6 straff hanging out (smoking, talking, not working, seems lazy) which seems odd. At the same time flowers died due to no water, pool was not clear etc.

Lovely old style hotel with great staff in an excellent location

I liked the friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty. The breakfast variety was nice, all the staff of the hotel were very kind and friendly.

Понравилось все! Очень приятный новый отель. Небольшие, но комфорные номера, с собственным балкончиком. Я бы обязательно вернулась,было даже немного грустно,что мы останавливались всего на одну ночь.

Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno Smart a Budva

Hotel nuovissimo ed arredato con gusto. Bagno confortevole con doccia molto ampia. Molto pulito. Colazione compresa nel prezzo abbondante: pane, marmellate artigianali, brioches, verdura, olive e formaggi, omelette o yogurt, caffè e tè.

Memnun kalmadık, müşteri memnuniyetine önem vermeyen yanıltıcı fotoğraflar koyan oda temizliği yapmayan bir işletme. Kes

Sadece konum olarak fena değildi.

Odaların resimleri yanıltıcı. Gittiğimizde daha küçük ve farklı bi oda çıktı ve booking üzerinden fiyat farkı vererek yükseltmiştik odayı ona rağmen. Otel sahibi bu farklılığın booking den kaynaklandığını söylediler. Daha küçük ve fotoğraftakinden alakasız bir odada kaldık. Oda temizliği yok, 1 hafta kaldı gitmemize iki gün kala bizim söylememizle sadece girip çarşafları değiştirdiler başka bir şey yapmadılar her şey olduğu gibi duruyordu. İlk geldiğimizde oda da su bile yoktu. Ayrıca ödeme konusunda oldukça mağdur olduk. Kredi kartı ile ödeme olduğunu gördüğümüz için tercih ettik belki oteli beğenmeyiz diyerek otelde kredi kartı ile ödemeyi tercih ederek gittik. Ancak gittiğimizde kredi kartı ile ödeme olmadığı cihazlarının olmadığını Türkiye üzerinden mail order olabileceğini söyleyip otele aldılar. Bizim ısrarlarımız sonucu oteli ödemek istediğimizde mail order ile üzerine vade farkı koydular. Tam 2.000 TL fazla çektiler. Bizi ödeme konusunda oldukça mağdur ettiler cevapları da oldukça arsızcaydı bu durum karşısında. Biz kredi kartı ile ödeme olmuyorsa bunu booking üzerinden de kaldırmalarını istedik insanları yanlış yönlendiriyorsunuz dedik ancak bunu da yapmayacaklarını söylediler. Müşteri memnuniyetine kesinlikle önem vermeyen bir otel. Hiç memnun kalmadık.
