Nice hotel and location. Manager need training!

The room was big and comfortable, clean and cozy! The location is nice and you can see the sea in front of.

MRS. JELENA, the manager (I think she was one of the manager as the receptionist told me so. She was rude and unprofessional at least. At our arrival we had a problem. I made the reservation online, two rooms/4 people. I paid it total price for two double rooms. But at the reception, they told me that the reservation was made only for 2 people /room. Beyond the fact that I think it was a mistake/lapsus by Booking.com, because I had specified the number of people and the payment was made for 4 people (this was confirmed by the receptionist Mrs. Dejana, but also by Jelena herself), this lady who calls herself the Manager, in a dismissive and disrespectful tone told me that I had to pay double for each room, since the mistake was not known by whom. Now, I understand that the hotel has rules, but if the payment was made in full and it turns out that it is for 4 people, how can you ask for double the price, when we both clearly saw on the website that the price / room continued to be the one I had already paid! Then she changed her mind, after we insisted this was unfair, she said to the receptionist that we needed to pay only extra for the breakfast (I still don’t understand where is the logic here)!, while breakfast was included in the price that was still displayed on booking.com. After much insistence, even though it was evening and we had traveled all day to reach this hotel, the receptionist connected with another manager, who without any hesitation told her that, if the price for the double rooms was paid, then of course we could stay!

A great autumn holiday made by hotel staff and restaurant delicious dinners.

Our first visit to Montenegro didn´t have very high expectations but we had to change our thinking to a positive. Not only to admire the breath taking views, the kindness of people we met was a positive surprise. We stayed in Hotel Imperial in Budva, the city which seemed to have a boom of constructing hotels, flats and commercial premises of high quality (and price). The hotel itself offered rather average possibilities located next to a busy road and taking into account the time of the year. As we have noticed quite often, the stars and spirit is not from the building or services but the personnel working for you. Having travelled a lot we have seldom met such attention and kindness the staff, separately mentioned, Marco Durovic, the head waiter in hotel restaurant Carevic, gave to us among the personnel at reception and other restaurant workers. That was a 5-star service. Moreover the food served was excellent which made our stay easy not needed to go in the evening dark and rainy to search for a dinner elsewhere. The only minus in there and all the Montenegro restaurants seem to be smoking inside, what a pity!

Better smoking restrictions in the restaurant could be created more effectively. Swimming pool times for families with small children should be made separately.

Great value for money and very clean

The staff with helpful, the room was clean and recleaned perfectly every day, the pool is small but great, great breakfast and great restaurant for the rest of the meals inside the hotel. The hotel is just near a supermarket which is great

The kids club does not offer activities for the kids, there is only supervisor that do not interact with the kids at all.

Me and my family we’ve been holiday 5 times a year in many places but we never had this excellent experience!

I’ve like almost everything, but the most I liked it was the staff, very professional and very kind. We was really surprised!

Overall, a good experience for discounted price, but there are some points for improvement for 5☆

- Excellent breakfasts - New renovation, comfortable bed and large bathroom with a shower - Excellent soundproofing despite of location near a busy road - Small clean indoor pool on the top floor - Kettle, coffee machine in the room, mini-fridge

- Paid drinking water. Only the first bottle of water was free, after we were sent to the bar to buy more for 5€. Unpleasant experience. A paid mini-bar in the room is okay, but for a large hotel, they should provide water for free - Mean room cleaning - Small bedside lamp didn’t work

Profesionalne i vredne sobarice, koje su se maksimalno trudile da nam ulepšaju boravak u sobi. Besprekorno čisto i uredno! Odličan i raznovrstan doručak. Sveža domaća peciva, palenta i proja. Odličan i širok program suvomesnatih proizvoda i sireva (sve domaće sa lokalne farme). Veliki izbor sokova, voća (izrezano i očišćeno), kafe i toplih napitaka. Vegan i Gluten free program.

С порога и до самого выезда всё было превосходно. Отличный чистый уютный номер: кофе, вода, сладкий комплимент от отеля. Помимо халатов для взрослых мы обнаружили детский халат, что было впервые за несколько лет наших путешествий - очень приятно. Завтрак отличный: на любой вкус, всё свежее и вкусное! Бассейн с видом на море порадовал: тёплая вода и удобные лежаки. Отдельно хочу отметить джакузи, сауну и хамам - дополнительные баллы к отдыху и перезагрузке!

Не лишним был бы хотя бы маленький тренажёрный зал.

Hôtel avec un très bon restaurant

Le restaurant de l'hôtel est d'un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. La piscine chauffée est très agréable. Il se trouve a 20mn a pieds de la vieille ville en longeant la mer

Les chambres étaient un peu trop chauffées. Le canapé lit est correct pour les enfants mais conviendrait moins à des adultes.

אחלה מלון, שדירגו אותנו לחדר יותר גדול שהיה פנוי, בריכה מקורה עם נוף יפה לים, המסעדה של המלון פינקה אותנו בהזמנות שלנו, המסעדה טיפה יקרה (יש 10 אחוז הנחה לאורחי המלון) אבל פרגנו בגילדה וקינוחים מתנה והביאו לנו עד החדר. בכללי ניקו את החדר כל יום קיבלנו חדר ברמה מאוד גבוהה ומעוצב מאוד יפה, מלון די חדש. מגבות ומטליות ערכות חד פעמיות למקרה ושכחתם משהו כמו משחה או מבקשת שיניים מקלוני אוזניים היה שם קיט מאוד מושקע ובכלל הצוות מאוד נחמד ועוזר.

אין תלונות הייתי חוזר להתארח שם שוב! המלון עצמו בסטייל בוטיק קטן 5 קומות, הלובי קצת קטן (לי זה לא הפריע). הספא \ ג'קוזי וסאונה בקומה 1 והבריכה ב 5. איפה לא נוח אבל לא סיפור גדול

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hatte eine große Auswahl.

Die Sauberkeit war sehr ausbaufähig. Tische sind über Wochen nicht gereinigt worden und es fanden sich im Zimmer Hinterlassenschaften der vorherigen Gäste.
