Our first stay in Marrakech and we loved it. We were greeted at the airport taxi (arranged by the Riad) and walked to the door of the property. The Riad is beautiful and very calming. There was mint tea and biscuits on arrival. Everyone working there was so friendly and helpful. Ibrahim and Hassan are a credit to this Riad. Lovely roof terrace for sunbathing and the pool is the perfect way to cool down. Location was nice and quiet but easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

Very nice small pool in the courtyard which was ideal to cool off after a day in the heat. Very good roof top terrace that was ideal for breakfast and relaxing. Small spa that had hammam and massage services. Excellent staff that was very helpful. Arranged massage or short notice, allowed us to keep bags after checking out, and let us take a shower at the spa before heading to the train station in the late afternoon.

Staff are very friendly, riad looks beautiful, everywhere is clean, rooftop is peaceful and beautiful, location is great, WiFi fantastic, breakfast so so
The main issues were the room and bathroom. We were in bedroom 1 downstairs. The room was very stuffy and felt a bit like when you go into a damp place but wasn't damp so not sure why. The bathroom was really poor for the cost of this riad. It takes 5 minutes for warm water to come to the shower and then the shower has no pressure it's a dribble. My partner didn't wash her hair for the days we were there because it would have been a pain. We had mentioned this to staff and they said that's how it is.
Breakfast was ok, the first day it was fruit and bread and jam so no protein, second day was much better with yoghurt and egg, so maybe it's hit and miss.
I think for the many options of riads and this being a more expensive one the room standard wasn't fair for the price. For this reason we wouldn't come back unfortunately or recommend to our friends.
