Riad Soundouss

The owner Jean-Francois and team, especially Ibrahim, were extremely welcoming and supportive. They organized the taxi from the airport for us and met at the taxi stop to help with the luggages (the road is only 2min walk from the taxi stop). I didn't feel well the last day of our stay and they actively helped my wife on planning our checkout and making sure I would recover. The breakfast is cooked fresh every morning at the time you decide to wake up, you can communicate that at any point of the day as there is always someone at the reception.

I really appreciated the kindness and warm welcome from Ibrahim and François. The location is peaceful and relaxing, and it's very well situated.

The only downside was the internet connection in the room. The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and only worked reliably when I was very close to the window.

The Riad is perfectly located near the Medina. Brahim & Francois are very friendly and accommodating, the whole place was comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was pretty good and I had their home-made Moroccan dinner in the roof the last night of my stay..it was delicious with a great setting under the full moon

The location was great and the staff were amazing, you get what you pay for with the slim price.

The breakfast was not particularly enjoyable, as we were constantly swarmed by wasps while trying to eat, which was a real shame. We were also told that our room would have air conditioning, but it did not. Instead, it only had a ceiling fan, which failed to keep us cool in the summer heat. Had we known this in advance, we perhaps would not have booked the room. We also found a few cockroaches in our room during our stay. Additionally, we were unaware that the room on the ground floor did not have a separate bathroom. Rather than being fully enclosed, it was separated from the bedroom only by a curtain, which offered very little privacy.
