Riad Nyla Wellness and Spa

Super special

Everything!

Beautiful design, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful spa experience. Good location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Nyla and particularly loved its location. Tucked away in the heart of the Medina, it was a great base for exploring Marrakech on foot, and we enjoyed wandering through the souks and gradually finding our way around. We also really appreciated being able to arrange guides, taxis and other experiences directly through the riad, which made everything very easy. The riad itself is beautiful and peaceful, and the hammam and massage were a real highlight — the therapists did a fantastic job and it was exactly what we needed after busy days exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, although the service could sometimes feel a little slow. We also felt there was quite a strong focus on getting bills signed, particularly when ordering lunch or extras, which could occasionally take away from the relaxed atmosphere. Overall, Nyla was a lovely place to stay, with an excellent location, beautiful surroundings and some wonderful experiences. We particularly loved being able to step straight out into the Medina and explore, and would happily recommend it as a base for discovering Marrakech.

Service could sometimes be slow, and the frequent focus on getting bills signed, particularly for lunch and extras, occasionally felt a little unnecessary and took away from the relaxed atmosphere.
