Riad Nyla Wellness and Spa

So many people suggested not staying in a riad. They were wrong! Riad Nyla is out of this world. It is so so so beautiful. I have no words to describe our experience. Everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful. They assisted us with EVERYTHING and the level of attention to detail was insane. I could WhatsApp them and they responded in seconds and provided whatever I needed. They went above and beyond for us and I am so thankful. The breakfast omg it was insane. Everyday was different but so so tasty. The staff member serving breakfast remembered my coffee order and gave us an extra glass of orange juice because he remembered my partner really liked it. I cannot recommend this riad enough. We moved to a 5star hotel after our stay here and it was a terrible mistake. We missed Nyla so much. The location is also really good it is in the medina but only a 3 minute walk to the Main Street where you can get taxis. Also, a lot of the tourist attractions are a walking distance from the riad. You will not regret staying here! I will definitely be back. Staying here was the highlight of my trip. I forgot to mention how comfortable the bed was omg it was like sleeping on a cloud! The room was so beautiful I couldn’t stop taking pictures!! The spa is also really nice. Honestly, this was an unforgettable experience. I cannot thank the team enough!

Exceptional Stay - the staff were so helpful and friendly, just exceptionally warm people. Nyla exceeded my expectations. The facilities were lovely, and we especially enjoyed the breakfasts - every morning was something different and it was a fun little quirk to wake-up to something different to try each morning, knowing the quality of the food would be amazing no matter what was served. The location is AMAZING and staff were really helpful not only with directions but also recommendations for things to do and visit. The riad itself is stunning, the rooms are clean and tidy. I would like to return in the near future with my partner since it also has a romantic feel to it. I am so glad I chose to stay with Riad Nyla and would do so again and recommend to anyone looking to visit Marrakesh. It was simply beautiful!
