I've travelled everywhere for 5 decades. This Riad and staff were absolutely brilliant. Love Marrakech and love Morrocons. An absolute gem of a property

Only the poor animals in the heat. They struggle when its hot.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this beautiful riad. The property was clean, absolutely beautiful and full of character, and provided a peaceful atmosphere after exploring Marrakech. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and we enjoyed the traditional marrocan breakfast each morning on the terrace.

The only downside was that the room was not very soundproof. Noise from other guests could sometimes be heard in the room, particularly when people were talking loudly.

The hotel is a traditional-style building with plenty of rooms and air conditioning throughout. There are many areas to relax, including several small pools spread around the property. The rooftop terrace is the highlight and offers the perfect place to unwind.

One of the reception staff seemed friendly at first, although some of our food disappeared from the fridge. He apologised, but nothing was offered to replace it. The biggest issue was when my friend and I went out one evening. When we left around midnight, no restrictions or curfew were mentioned. However, when we returned a few hours later, no one answered the bell or phone, and we were left waiting outside for nearly 30 minutes. When the receptionist finally opened the door, he was angry and complained that it was too late and that he was tired because he had to get up early for breakfast. This was disappointing, especially as the hotel advertises a 24/7 reception. Breakfast was also stressful, as although the stated hours were 8–11am, we were repeatedly asked to specify an exact time each day.
