Riad 4 Jardins & Spa

The hosts were amazing. We received a very warm welcome and were offered tea whilst they gave us an introduction to the city. The location was perfect for us being just on the outskirts of the souks meaning everything was walking distance but also gave a bit of a breather from the busy crowds further into the centre. The traditional breakfast each morning was the perfect way to start the day sat within the centre garden which was very well kept. We were worried that noise may be an issue staying inside the medina wall but were surprised at how quiet it was in the room and around the riad.

The location was superb, access to the Riad was easy, the breakfast was fresh and personal, the staff was extremely warm and helpful and welcoming, the rooms are authentic and clean, the garden area (lobby) was peaceful and stunning. It is run by a Moroccan family where their grand parents use to actually live, the father is around and his son and daughter are running the shifts. Advise and tips about what to do and where to go was happily provided, arranging a taxi airport drop-off was so simple and priced as per the normal pricing not hotel pricing, the Hammam and Massage service within the hotel was clean, decent and convenient. I was truly happy that I selected this Riad and it will be my go-to stay whenever in Marrakech.

Truthfully nothing at all.

I stayed here with my friends and we had the most amazing time. We were greeted by two lovely hosts who looked after us for the duration of our stay. They went above and beyond making sure that we had everything we needed to be comfortable, enjoy their facilities and see the best of what Marrakesh has to offer. The room and bathroom were super clean, the facilities were also clean and the riad was beautiful and so peaceful. It’s in a great location within walking distance to everything. I would love to stay here again and will be recommending to everyone. Thanks for a great stay!

Nothing

The staff is very welcoming and was able to give us a broad overview of the city before going out for a stroll. The inner courtyard of the riad is very green and calm and has a relaxing feeling which is nice after being around in Marrakesh which is a busy city. The rooms are situated on the first floor with a view to the courtyard. The rooftop allows you to see parts of Marrakesh from above.

The bathroom in our room was pretty small, it had all the facilities but could only ever be used by a single person at once.
