Super nice hosts, very friendly and helpful! :)
Felt like home. The room was small but was cleaned everyday very throughtly. The location was good too, in a quiet side of Medina; could walk everywhere, even to Gueliz.

To start, this was my first time traveling solo outside of the US and staying alone in a hotel/Riad, so I was very skeptical and afraid of possible unsafe situations. However, my worries were set to rest very quickly when I got to the Riad. The room was small but beautiful. The cleaning staff were on top of it. I would always come back to a very clean room (sometimes a bit too clean haha). My room had a little window to the outside which was very cute and romantic. The bathroom was huge and the water was great. I personally felt like I had a lot of space. I felt very safe with the staff. They made sure all my questions were answered and even offered for me to call them if I ever got into trouble with tour guides and whatnot while I was outside. The rooftop was very nice and cozy as well. Also, compared to the other Riad I stayed at, Riad Dar La Rose was a lot easeir to access and was pretty close to the main street which was really nice. Overall, a great experience. The place looks just like the pictures but the experience in general exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast was very good. Location of the Riad is inside the Medina. Felt safe even later at night. Lots of shops on both side of the street leading to the turn-off lane to the Riad. Shopkeepers are friendly to show the direction to the Riad.
Wasn't given the correct room, a Junior Suite that has a bidet, on the first night. The bathroom wall and floor was untiled, it looked unfinished. The description in the booking details stated a bidet, however none in this room.
Requested and eventually given the correct room type, one with a bidet, as described, for the following two nights.
Overall, had a good time, the staff were polite, friendly and helpful.
Our messages via Booking.Com website were promptly replied to - and this helped us make decisions regarding our time / activities in Marrakesh.

Room size was ok
The staff sold me a trip to the desert in which i ended paying 120 euros more.
