Stunning property with very cool art collection. Rooms were very cozy and loved the decor

A perfect stay in a great location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The accomodation was in the perfect location for exploring, but also quiet and relaxing inside.

Breakfast was excellent. The riad is beautiful with 2 pools. Hammam is experience was good. Staff were very helpful with making a return, going out of their way, etc .

Booking transfers or cars through the riad were significantly more expensive than taking a taxi, as they were private drivers, but of course was very convenient

- The design of the hotel is absolutely top notch -- they are using the various spaces in a beautiful way. - The bathroom was big enough. - We got a Moroccan tea as a welcome drink -- we liked the experience.

- The smallest room category is really quite small. There's mostly space for a bed and the rest is mostly taken up by a small bench and the bathroom (which, weirdly is almost as big as the room). - The door has gaps -- so noise and light leaks in. We heard everyone passing by our door which woke us up a few times in the morning. - Maybe we missed it but we didn't find any buffet at the breakfast. Everything has to be ordered a-la-carte which is okay if it wasn't so slow. We waited ~25-30 minutes and then left without food because we had to catch a taxi to the airport. On another day we had a tour start at 7am which also missed the breakfast because it starts after 8am - We really did not like the neighborhood the hotel is in. This part of the old town has trash everywhere and felt sketchy to us. I am sure this is just us having the wrong expectations, but it still made us dread coming back to the hotel late at night.
