Struttura bella ed elegante. Pulizia accurata. Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile. In particolare Iliass è un tesoro, discreto, sempre disponibile e premuroso.
La terrazza, per nulla curata, un vero peccato. Al numero di telefono indicato su booking non risponde nessuno. Se il gestore decide di comunicare tramite mail, come nel nostro caso, le mail di risposta vanno monitorate. Nel nostro caso, abbiamo comunicato l’orario di arrivo (mezzanotte) e nessuno ci è venuto a prendere, tantomeno accompagnato al riad. Arrivare di notte e perdersi nella Medina non è stato piacevole.

The staff were good
It was very cold and the air con / heater didn’t work properly despite being told that they would fix it they didn’t. The bathroom is old fashioned with a big stone bath with dripping taps and no proper shower
