We stayed at Riad Kheirredine for 4 nights and honestly did not want to leave. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family rather than guests. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was arranging dinner reservations, organising transfers, or helping with anything we needed throughout the stay. The complimentary laundry service was a brilliant touch too, something you rarely see.
The riad itself is stunning. Beautifully restored with gorgeous traditional Moroccan detailing, but with all the modern comforts you could want. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to unwind with views over the Medina, especially at sunset.
Breakfast each morning was fresh and generous, with lovely Moroccan options to start the day. The riad is tucked away from the noise of the Medina, and the team will happily walk you to the main road or arrange a guide if you're worried about getting lost in the alleys, which is a really nice touch.
What sets this place apart is the service. We've stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world, and the service here genuinely surpassed them all. The attention to detail and warmth of the staff turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. If you're visiting Marrakech, do yourself a favour and book here. We'll definitely be back.
