Staying at Riad Kheirredine is less like a hotel stay and more like being welcomed into the most luxurious home in Morocco. Tucked away as a serene oasis in the bustling Medina. It sets a global gold standard for hospitality that reviewers on Expedia would rate as a "six-star" experience. It is a must stay for new or seasoned visitors to Marrakesh. The service is remarkably attentive yet never overbearing. You are greeted with mint tea and pastries upon every return and more delights in your room. All of the staff were extremely friendly and they could not do enough for us, including providing us with phones and maps in the event we got lost in the Medina. A personal shout-out to our personal bar-tender Rabie, and the Riad Kheirredine will be a must stay for our next visit.

We had an amazing stay at Riad Kheirredine and couldn’t recommend it enough. The riad is beautiful, luxurious, spotlessly clean, and feels very welcoming. The location was perfect for us - just outside the busy areas and Medina, so it’s peaceful while everything remains easily walkable. Our room (Vanilla) was lovely, with a big bath and rainfall shower. The toiletries, dressing gowns, and slippers were a nice touch and with two daily turndown services the room was always spotless, stocked with fresh fruit, water, and biscuits. The spa treatment was great, and the heated pool was a welcome bonus on rainy days. Although the weather limited our time on the rooftop, it was peaceful with beautiful views when we did use it. The restaurant was a highlight - breakfast offered plenty of choice, and dinners were consistently delicious with Moroccan, Italian, and international options. Booking a half-day tour on our first morning was the best way to start the trip, helping us get our bearings and feel confident exploring the markets. We were provided with a phone to contact staff if we ever needed directions, someone to meet us or had questions. We never needed to use it, but it was reassuring to have. I was surprised with a special birthday treat, and many staff took the time to wish me a happy birthday, which felt really thoughtful. Above all, the staff made our stay unforgettable everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our trip special.
