The property is located at the entrance to the Medina, which allows you to immediately explore the Medina itself and experience life in Marrackesh. This was our first independent visit with children. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. We felt like they accepted us as their own family. If it weren't for them and their instructions, care and helpfulness, I don't know how we would have managed on our own in Marrackesh. I am immensely grateful for everything. 🥰. shkraan ealaa kuli shay!

Rooftop area was very nice. Had a pool which was clean. It was friendly, quiet and pleasant
Air con didn't work, wasnt allowed to pay with card at the end so had to go with a staff member to a cash machine as we were planning on leaving to the airport. Note that the riad did have a card machine to pay via card but I was advised it wasnt their preference so had to rush to a cash machine.
