The location is very good in the old town, but still close to guilliz the new town. The staff that looked after our every need were amazing from the welcome to the daily interactions with Osama and Layla. Thank you very much for making our stay feel like a home away from home.

The staff was super kind and attentive. Big shoutout to Leyla for being such an amazing host. The room was nice with air conditioning. Breakfast was very good. Would 100% recommend staying here :)
The location was good but further away from tourist attractions, 25 minutes walk. Anyways it was easy to find the way to the souks and main tourist spots.

Rooftop area was very nice. Had a pool which was clean. It was friendly, quiet and pleasant
Air con didn't work, wasnt allowed to pay with card at the end so had to go with a staff member to a cash machine as we were planning on leaving to the airport. Note that the riad did have a card machine to pay via card but I was advised it wasnt their preference so had to rush to a cash machine.
