super, les gens sont très sympathique, les chambre sont nickel rien à redire :)

Le décor en général, typique Marocain avec une touche de moderne, les deux terrasses, très confortables, surtout celle du haut car elle permet une vue à 360° sur la médina, Marrakech, les mosquées et l’Atlas magnifique. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux très bon et typique marocain. Le personnel du Riad était vraiment très agréable. Toujours très réactif, très soucieux de notre confort et très discret, Il donne aussi de très bons conseils. Avec une mention spéciale pour Adil, le maître des lieux, un homme formidable, toujours disponible avec le sourire. Vraiment une perle pour le Riad et pour les voyageurs, il sait vous conseiller afin de vous éviter des mésaventures afin que vos vacances se passent dans les meilleurs conditions. Mention spéciale aussi pour la Cuisine typique marocaine un vrai régal pour les yeux et les papilles.

Le personelle était top très serviable le chef des lieux nous a amener jusqu’à taxi le jour de notre départ ce qui et super vraiment au top la nourriture était excellente la vue magnifique sur le toit pour des photo un vrai 10/10

Most probably I haven't seen the worst in the medina, so I can't really compare, but for me, a person who values the quality, it was just okay. I really enjoyed the friendliness and how welcome the staff of the hotel was. Adil was extremely polite and friendly and was managing everything with the high level of professionalism! If we had any problems, he would happily help us to fix it. For example, there was no rug in the bathroom, and the floor was a bit cold to stay on, but Adil helped us with some towels. Also, I got a little bit sick during the stay. The host helped me to prepare some homemade electrolyte drink with sugar, salt, and lemon water. He provided us with additional water and several teas, and it was not charged, so it was very nice to have it. If you are not that picky and something happens to you, be sure that they would try their best to fix it.

I'm not a fan of Moroccan breakfast, as there is too much sweets, but I think it is the same in all riads. Here what I've noticed is just that sometimes the pancakes are different from the person who they cook, so I preferred a real Moroccan pancake rather than just crepes . The first day there was no hot water when we arrived for the whole day, but the host explained to us that it wasn't their fault, and for the next day they fixed it. The area is a little bit too far from the center and from the place where you could take a taxi. Also, the space of the room is very tiny, but I guess it is the same for many riads in that area.
