Riad O2

Le personnel du Riad était charmant et très à l’écoute. La nourriture était délicieuse. Marie notre hôte a répondu à toutes nos questions en amont de notre venue. Tout était facile sur place. Le Riad est joli et se prête très bien à une réunion de famille. Un séjour très agréable.

Il n’y a rien que nous n’avons pas apprécié. Toutefois, un peu plus de lumière dans les chambres serait la bienvenue car l’éclairage est joli mais un peu faible. Certains équipements mériteraient d’être renouvelés. Mais ce sont des détails. L’ensemble est vraiment très chouette et le Riad très plaisant avec son équipe aux petits soins.

De jacuzzi wordt nooit warm. Personeel lijkt niet echt te weten hoe deze aan moet en de eigenaar reageerde laat op een vraag hierover waardoor we van de 4 pogingen 2 keer in koud en 2 keer in lauw water hebben gezeten. Daar ligt ruimte voor verbetering.

We loved our Riad experience - everything about it was perfect, from the heated plunge pool to the mountain views from the rooftop terrace. The decor is cool, authentic, understated - bedrooms are spacious, simple and calm, with lovely bedding and stone bathrooms. It's so peaceful despite the Medina location - no sound from the courtyard apart from birdsong and the faint call to prayer. Best of all are the meals round the table - we were a party of 12 and enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. We also had two meals in the evenings which were so good!!! I really recommend the festive menu - the food was incredible and all prepared and served by the lovely Rashida and Hassan. Very memorable to eat surrounded by candles in the traditional courtyard setting. Thank you! We loved our stay and would recommend Riad 02 to anyone.

It was clean, and very traditional.

The air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms - and it was 103 degrees! They tried to fix it with no success.
