Would definitely recommend staying here. Pros: - spacious room for 3 of us and large bathroom - the room was cleaned every day without fail and fresh towels provided - staff were all professional, polite and respectful. Big thanks to Abdul Ghafoor, Adam and Ayub. - breakfast was good - omelet, pastries, tea - we had dinner here, which was amazing and we were so stuffed by the end. Only 15euros total each which even included starter and desert! - the staff went out of their way to accommodate us if we needed early breakfast. Normally it was from 8-10am but due to having to leave early for excursions they served at 7:30 or packed a bit up for us to takeaway if we needed it earlier. - quiet nights (the area is not busy as it's a bit further out from the centre but still within walking distance) - one of the nights due to bad weather we couldn't leave the riad to get dinner yet but we were so hungry and willing to eat anything they had. They gave us bread and cake, which was honestly so sweet - a few days I had a sore throat and they gave us hot water in a flask to keep in my room to have with tea (there's no kettle in the room) - let us keep our bags in the reception area because our flight was several hours after check out. - it honestly at moments it felt like we were staying with relatives/friends

Cons: - water is not free and not included in breakfast (?) But only a euro/bottle - the area outside is under construction - the medina can be difficult to navigate, dusty and quite narrow (this part is not the fault of the riad but take it into consideration) - not much honestly the stay was amazing

Decent location, clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Warm shower and good WiFi. Checked in very late but they were kind and helpful.

We understand sometimes it’s standard practice to clean rooms everyday but cleaner came in whilst we were out and moved all of our items, clothing & all our toiletries in bathroom. We checked out and later realised our raincoat was missing (not suggesting it was stolen) rather that it was moved to the wardrobe. We had it upon check in after landing and wasn’t used in the city as it’s a raincoat.. would still recommend staying here but just advice to owners that cleaners should not touch guests items or clothing.
