Riad Bianca Marrakech

We really loved our stay at Riad Bianca. We were warmly welcomed by Ali, who poured us tea as we went over the details of our stay. There was air conditioning in the unit which was amazing at night. The amenities included shampoo and body wash, and a hair dryer, as well as daily towel changes if requested. The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious, with a small sitting area. There was a safe and a mini fridge in the room too. There is no elevator, which I completely understand is the norm for Marrakech, but make sure to request a ground floor room if you have any mobility issues. The breakfast was served from 8-10am and was excellent, and it seemed to be traditional Moroccan food. Ali was a gracious host who was willing to answer any questions we had. We would recommend Riad Bianca to others!

The bed was on the harder side, which might be preferred for some people. I prefer a softer bed but it didn't impact my sleep. Also FYI but this unit does not have a bathroom door, just a curtain separating the room from the bathroom haha, which wasn't an issue for us but something to be aware of.

Ali was perfect host. It's away from the medina at night so quiet and birds were singing in the morning. There's a fridge in the room and bed is comfy. A few small local ships near where you can buy water and snacks. It's not a touristy area and I like that. I slept very well there. I'd rather stay here than bear the madness of the main square. Nice roof terrace to relax . All good clean and pleasant.

Great location, comfortable with the most friendly and helpful staff. Really good value too with breakfast included.

The pictures gave a false impression of how nice Bianca was.

The room was dirty, the drain in the bathroom smelt, the toilet seat was broken, electric sockets broken and lighting so dim it was impossible to read in bed at night. Stray cats wandering into the room if door left open. No choice at breakfast. Unwelcoming manager. Positive reviews on website questionable - gave a false picture. Location was next to a building site down a dark alley some 20 minute walk to tourist areas.
