Me encanto todo. Aziz fue increible con nosotros, nos ayudo con todo y se mostro muy servicial. Las instalaciones son inmejorables. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Siempre habia agua en el frigo para nosotros. Desayuno muy rico La ubicación tambien super buena

The property is a beautiful oasis of calm and style amongst the crazy and exciting hubbub of the Medina. Aziz and Hajida cared for us exceptionally well. Breakfasts and the evening meals that were cooked for us were just perfect.

Probably unrealistic but if the pool could be heated that would be great! Cannot think of anything else.

The riad is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Located in small street of Medina.

However, we had repeated and very uncomfortable issues with staff professionalism and personal boundaries. On our first day, one staff member tried to hug/kiss our children. On the first day we clearly told Aziz that our children do not want hugs/kisses. We immediately explained Aziz that in our culture this is not appropriate and asked that no one touch our children. Aziz responded by excusing her behavior, saying she “doesn’t have children,” which is not an acceptable justification — consent and boundaries matter regardless. Aziz later tried to smooth things over, but the next day the same staff member approached our son again when no adults were next to him, held him close and hugged and kissed him near the staircase. Our son tried to move away and felt very uncomfortable, and I had to intervene again from upstairs. There were also moments that felt unprofessional at check-in (insistence on sweets after we said no, and unwanted physical contact when I was taking passports from our suitcase). Overall: a wonderful property, but staff should be trained to respect consent and personal space, especially with children, and to communicate professionally with international guests.
