The clean and well managed facilities, the polite and friendly staff, the delicious and homemade meals. Suma, Moha, Mohammed and everyone on site were attentive and welcoming.
We would highly recommend staying at Riad Utopia if ever in Marrakech.
Missed having hot drink facilities in the room but that is just a preference.

Very satisfied with the room , boutique, clean, and big space. Service is great, staff even help to take photos with me. Worth the price, breakfast also great. They even could help to prepare easy take-away breakfast for you if you will leave before 8 am, like trip to sahara. Room have 4 beds, one big king bed, two single beds, Separated by curtains, offering privacy. Suitable for families staying together.Genarally, i will consider to choose this raid again next time come to Marrakach.

The staff is amazing, the owners should reward them generously
Breakfast needs significant improvement in variety. The staff were very very nice and generous and kind and thoughtful. The location was a little far from the main attractions and the facility is not child friendly
