We had the most wonderful stay at Magic Robin Hood as a family for 7 nights .Staff amazing and helpful .We are already planing our return trip .So relaxing and layed back relaxing stay .We will definetly be back .I will be telling my family ,friends co workers about Magic Robin Hood .We sayed in magic natura last year and a very wonderful holiday we had .Well done to all the staff who work so hard .You are all 👏 👏 👏 👏

Abosolutely nothing 10 /10 wonderful family stay

The bungalows, the daily cleaning, the breakfast buffet was super good. We loved the waterslides, the second smaller pool with the playground in it, the minigold, the football-billiards, the virtual chairs..... The staff was super friendly and helpful. The lifeguards took their job seriously and kept the pools and slides safe, but were very nice about telling people when they did something wrong. It exceeded our expectations, we only booked because the waterslides looked fun! I have been living in Spain for 20 years, and I have had all kinds of customer or non costumer service experiences, and I can say that was one of the best.

Absolutely nothing. I disagree with any reviews complaining about the cleanliness or the staff only being nice to Spanish speaking people. Not true.

Loads to do with families

Many staff members don't speak English . Difficult to understand or ask for things , not quick at dealing with problems. The app if adding an extra night or day is troublesome unable to use app and it classed as a completely new booking needs dealing with . Should be able to add an extra night and still use facilities
