Not a 3rd time

The accommodation

In this period there was hardly any activities available that didn't require extra payment. Many restaurants were closed that we were used to using before. This was our second visit because at the same time in 2024 we came and there was alot more to do. So I rebooked for the same time in 2025. Very disappointed and wont return again. Extremely overpriced and nothing to do this time around.

Wonderful facility and staff will be back for sure

We had the most wonderful stay at Magic Robin Hood as a family for 7 nights .Staff amazing and helpful .We are already planing our return trip .So relaxing and layed back relaxing stay .We will definetly be back .I will be telling my family ,friends co workers about Magic Robin Hood .We sayed in magic natura last year and a very wonderful holiday we had .Well done to all the staff who work so hard .You are all 👏 👏 👏 👏

Best family weekend, fun for all ages

The bungalows, the daily cleaning, the breakfast buffet was super good. We loved the waterslides, the second smaller pool with the playground in it, the minigold, the football-billiards, the virtual chairs..... The staff was super friendly and helpful. The lifeguards took their job seriously and kept the pools and slides safe, but were very nice about telling people when they did something wrong. It exceeded our expectations, we only booked because the waterslides looked fun! I have been living in Spain for 20 years, and I have had all kinds of customer or non costumer service experiences, and I can say that was one of the best.

Absolutely nothing. I disagree with any reviews complaining about the cleanliness or the staff only being nice to Spanish speaking people. Not true.

My 4 year old grandson did not want to leave he had great fun

I liked the fact you could eat in different restaurants if you go all inclusive ultra. Our cabin had 2 bathrooms with 2 showers. The water skids were fantastic.

Food in buffet canteen was plentiful breakfast was better than dinner.

Great fun for the kids

Great water park for the kids, excellent choice at buffet, modern and clean cabin.

Dinner at Italian restaurant was disappointing, pizza cold and main courses came out 30 minutes apart.

Absolutely amazing

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were amazing. The location was really nice, tranquil location, not far from the motorways and easy to get to. The entertainment for the children and adults was great.

Lovely pools, great family holiday, lots to do. Buffet was great.

Cabins are really close together, not great if you have noisy/messy neighbours. Cabin was clean until I looked under the bed to retrieve case and all dusty. Reception staff poor with very limited English.

If you like lounging by the pool with a Pina Colada this is for you. If not then it still could be.

Lots of food options at the buffet Facilities were really good and free (adventure area, laser tag, pool and slides, etc) Cabin was great with separate showers for kids and adults Hot tub! Short drive from Benidorm

No tea or coffee available post breakfast in dining area Not always clear what was available on different types of all-inclusive Gaming Experience quite short at 30 mins Main pool access could be more wheelchair friendly Car parking expensive and no dispensation for disability badge

Excellent!

This hotel / place offer good quality food and drinks. Anything extra was also reasonable priced , was only photograph sessions Entertainment was great and child appropriate, one particular entertainer was fab was all the children and could speak both English and Spanish. There is also opportunities to also visit other magic facilities free of charge so , always plenty to do as well as . Theme resturants during stay , the idea of it all is really good .

Rooms showing signs of wear and tear , probably due for a refurbishment that's about it . The outdoor pools are all very cold and takes a while to get used to. Each block has a laundry facilities but some of them don't work ,or out of use . Maintenance man takes a while to attend .

Loads to do with families

Many staff members don't speak English . Difficult to understand or ask for things , not quick at dealing with problems. The app if adding an extra night or day is troublesome unable to use app and it classed as a completely new booking needs dealing with . Should be able to add an extra night and still use facilities

Activities for kids and entertainment for adults ,there is so many ,just name it-and you will get it⛹️🤾🏄🏊🤽💃...The staff was great trying to please any visitor or resident,even in the abnormal heat😀.The food was delicious,for any taste. Heaven for kids.

Our family are tall people,maybe just the beds were a bit too short and the ceiling in the cabin a bit too low.

terrible customer service

On arrival, after a seven hour journey the hotel claimed that we did not have a reservation and that it was for the following week. after showing them the booking on my phone they accepted it was a mistake on their behalf. obviously our cabin was not ready and once we got it was nothing like the pictures we have booked via booking.com. the cabin was tiny and very run down. we had originally booked for 4 nights but only stayed for one due to the mistake the hotel made and other issues, such as the poor quality of food. I was charged for the 4 nights, 3,028 euros despite only staying 1 night. I later received a phone call from their customer service apologising for the error and accepted that I should have only paid for the 1 night. they claimed that I would get the other three nights reimbursed. it has been almost two weeks and still nothing. I have tried to call the same number that called me and they either don’t pick up or simply hang up! I have also tried calling the hotel directly via the phone on their web site and keep bouncing me around different departments with none providing me an answer. I have also contacted them via message in booking.com and they refuse to reply. I have never seen anything like this before let alone from a supposed 4 star resort. absolutely shocking and needless to say it has ruined my kids holiday. the worst part is not that they made a mistake on the reservation but their after care from a customer service perspective, charging 4 nights when I only stayed for 1 when it had been their mistake, and then simply refusing to speak to me or provide me with an answer or explanation.

Food was overall good, breakfast good but we missed some vegetables. Great pool area, everything very clean. Staff very helpful.

Lovey stay overall, The accommodation was lovey and suited a family of 5. We all had a great time.

The All inclusive Drinks were the real deal not like some other All inclusive. We got Absolute Vodka and no watered down drinks. The food was lovely with lots of variety. You could eat at any time of the day as there was always something open for the All inclusive

Having to pay for the kids games. This would have been amazing if included in the All Inclusive. We stayed in the sister site a few years back and the gaming room was included. This should be included for an amazing experience for the kids.

Amazing fanily holiday

We loved that we had everything on the site without having to leave it throughout our stay. PLenty of things to do for kids. Everything has been organised really well meaning we had a great holiday . Lovely resort would definitely recommend it to others.

The cabin was a little small for a family of 4 , so maybe next time round we would choose a larger one.

Overall my stay here was excellent and would highly recommend for families with children.

Excellent size lodges for families (2 adults 4 children) very clean and safe enough to let my older children wonder about on their own. Good system for the main restaurant with appropriate covid restrictions in place. Food and drinks were a very good standard for all inclusive.

Unfortunately there was never enough seating in the main theatre to accommodate everyone that was staying there so most nights we missed out on the entertainment.
