    A wonderful 2 night stay in an excellent hotel
    The professional yet warm and friendly attention we received from all the staff we encountered - especially Paula and Lou on reception (apologies if I have spelt their names wrong) - they made us feel valued guests. The hotel, with most rooms located around and above a small inner courtyard, was pleasantly decorated throughout and with small but comforatble public areas to relax in. Its loation on the fringe of the picturesque Altea Old Town is good for visits to both the old town and the coastal promenade although both involve a steep climb/descent which could be a problem for anyone with walking difficulties. The Spa and indoor pool are great for relaxing after a hard days sightseeing.
    This is not a criticism - just a personal observation. The restaurant staff are friendly and knowledgable, the menu is varied with interesting dishes to tempt the taste buds and the ingredients are beautifully prepared and served. We likened it to a tasting menu which consists of small portions of different foods to "taste". Those with greater appetites may find the quantity (but not the quality) is little disappointing. This is the only reason a mark of 10 overall for Nomad Hotel and Spa was not given

    The hotel staff was absolutely amazing, especially Paloma and Maria, who made our stay truly memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly located, and offers excellent amenities. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.
    While the Michelin-star collaboration is a great concept, it’s disappointing that guests who don’t order the tasting menu are not warned that the portion sizes remain the same. This is especially frustrating since the tasting menu is actually cheaper than ordering a starter, main course, and dessert separately. A clearer explanation upfront would greatly improve the dining experience.

    Excellent - loved everything about this boutique hotel. Highly recommend.
    Rey central with lots of restaurants within walking distance and very close to beach. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The food is also first class as is the laid back decoration vibe. Excellent boutique hotel 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    The place is stunning! From the minute you walk in the service is fantastic especially from Maria and Joy
    Parking could be a problem in the busy season. UHT milk in the rooms, fresh would have been better. No dressing gowns when using the spa
