On the website it said the hotel has parking spaces however once we arrived they told us there’s no space so I had to find a public parking to park my car, which was disappointing.
Also the hotel restaurant by the pool and the main buffet closed at 3:30!
I think it has to be changed since this is a family friendly hotel, people are staying over to enjoy the pool all day long. by the time we found a parking spot, checked in, both restaurants were closed and we were left with the food truck that did not have good options at all, specially for children.
All they had was fried chicken, French fries, fried mozzarella sticks and burgers! all fried and refined.
Also there was only one person cooking, one waiter to serve, which added to the wait time !
I believe as a 5 star hotel in such an area and the price they charge per night , they should really work on food and restaurant service and quality.
