Great location- missed having a balcony but would stay again but not in the first floor

We was on floor 1- it was so noisy as people were sat in the foyer after bars closed and it was like they was in the room with us- couldn’t sleep at all

Lovely hotel

Room was amazing. The view was amazing and it was exceptionally clean. The hotel was in really good spot and right by the sea. Reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Room cleaner was so helpful and friendly.

Pool area was way too small for the size of the hotel. Some of the restaurant staff and bar staff were rude and unfriendly.

Overall I was very satisfied with my stay, the quality of the room and the levels of service provided

The hotel was situated in a great location off Poniente beach. The room was clean and comfortable with fantastic views across the seafront. The food was excellent with varied choices throughout the week.

The lifts were very slow and difficult to get due to restriction (max 4 people).

Convenient for 1 or 2 days or longer if you’re interested in the beach experience only.

Location was great, easy and quick access to the beach and stores. Felt safe. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel felt quite rundown, not luxurious at all like in the pictures. The pool areas are separated on different levels and not handy when traveling with children. You either have to be sitting by the kids pool which is a cement block with a playground in it (not a walk-in / wading pool) or you have to go to the adults pool where kids are not able to play. Both pools are quite small and didn’t give us the pool day experience we were hoping for.

Wonderful!

The location and the view are fantastic! And in the bathroom there are directions on how to use the shower. I wished most hotels did that! I stayed there in the second part of my stay because the initial hotel couldn’t accommodate me for an extra night. I should have started at the Villa Del Mar!

Great location on the sea front,amazing choice at breakfast, lunch and evening dinner. Waiter service for drinks while sat in the restaurant, comfortable beds with extra pillows in the wardrobe if needed, room cleaned every day , staff very helpful and friendly. Roof top bar amazing view.

Wi fi reception when conected to hotel very poor! Roof top bar closed at 17.00 would have been nice to relax there with a drink later in the evening
