Lovely hotel with great staff.

The hotel is very beautiful, lovely clean pools and lots of greenery. The rooms were really large with a nice big balcony. The breakfast was great, it had everything we wanted. The staff were so friendly and kind, I noticed a couple of times where some guests were rude, and the staff were still very professional and gracious.

The room is amazing - by far the biggest/ nicest room we had during our holiday. We were there during rain and high humidity so the room gets a bit of a damp smell. Our bathroom had a vent but not an extractor fan, so when it’s high humidity outside it’s hard to circulate fresh air and remove moisture in the room. There was no mould or any signs of long term damp, but there was a slight damp smell. It’s not a big issue for a lot of people, and ultimately it’s very reasonably priced!

Good stay

Breakfast was very good, the location was ok to walk to the street restaurant and market. Staff were very helpful in the hotel and restaurant. Looks out onto the ocean too. Would stay again despite the mould smell.

It smelt of mould but there was no mould in the villa. The shower was just warm enough but it was all ok and good value.

I wish I had stayed longer.

This was a great find. The breakfast was an extensive buffet. The private beach was nice with plenty of beds and umbrellas. I wish I had upgraded my room to a direct pool access. The rooms are large and the a/c works very well. The pools are very clean and refreshing. We rented scooters to get around, but the main area of town and the night market are a 15 minute walk away.

Beautiful room (after we switched from the sub-standard "beach villas"), but unhelpful staff.

The pools were beautiful, and well maintained. My room was spacious and clean.

The description and photographs are very misleading. The "beach" is tiny and the beach bungalows are not as described at all. Most members of staff were either off-hand or downright rude. We did speak to one member of staff in reception (I think her name was May), who was very friendly and helpful. Most other staff were unhelpful, particularly the staff at the beach bar at lunch time.

Sad and very disappointing.

The pool.

Misleading description of the ‘beach’. The small beach is surrounded by concrete and absolutely awful. Most of the staff were miserable and often rude. Difficult to get anywhere - taxis won’t pick up. Prices of massages too high for the experience delivered - two in the same room. No music/sounds or ambience of any kind. Worst place we stayed on our Thailand part of our holiday.

This is our second time back and its as lovely as we remember. Fantastic location, friendly helpful staff and an extensive breakfast.

Bathroom in the beach villa is looking tired and could do with an update Beds are very firm, but the addition of a duvet under the bottom sheet helped.

A nice quiet few days

Really nice quiet hotel. Very clean nice big rooms .if you dont want the load music bars disco's this is the place .for familys with children i would say aswell fitting . Just outside the hotel on the private beach is breakfast really good 👍 and the food in the day and evening top full marks .

For me it was a bit away from the town a good 15min walk and the roads are very dark .but you can always get a taxi back in the night.

We liked the resort, the nature, the pools, kids room. Everyone was friendly and tried to help, the room was nice and clean. In the afternoon there is complimentary coffee with cookies.

The private beach is small but was ok for us. Anyhow the public beach is just a few minutes walk away. Unfortunately the pools were a bit too cold for small children. Pretty much all rooms are dark due to the architecture of the buildings. The street with restaurants and shops are 1-2 kms away. The massage on the private beach of the resort was the worst I had so far in Thailand. Not worth the money. The breakfast is ok but could have more variety.
