I would not stay here again

Good location in a very green and quiet street. The way the hotel and the individual bungalows are built around the pool and the garden is lovely. The staff at breakfast is very nice.

The bathroom is very run down. The shower is ridiculous. I could hardly have a shower. I took showers at the piers after my island trip Also my room was the last one at the very back of the property. It was a standard room so I recommend customers to book bungalows around pool or garden. There is a big difference and the booking site poorly reflects that difference

Pleasant, good setting of cottages and pool in gardens. Needs updating.

A good value budget option. The pool and garden setting of the bungalow was pleasant.

No public beach. Unpleasant beach to north of property 10 minutes or so away. No welcome. We were not greeted well. Having booked 8 months ago, we were surprised to be offered a room which we had to move from for our last night. After some discussion, a room was found for the four nights of our stay. I feel that although the property was good value overall, the rooms needed considerable updating. The A/C was ancient, the bathroom needed refurbishing. The room was extremely simple. I don’t think any improvements had been made for 20 years.

Pleasant grounds but no Thai hospitality as staff rude and unpleasant

Lovely gardens and pool although it turned green so could not be used for a few days. Close to beautiful beaches and restaurants

No pool maintenance so it turned green and unsafe to swim in for 3 days. Old facilities in rooms with a broken window. Air con kept breaking down as soon as shower switched on so no hot water or air con until it could be fixed again. Hard bed and no tea or coffee provided. Very rude and unpleasant staff who shouted at as when we had to repeatedly ask for things to be fixed.

It's a bit far from the center to walk but with a scooter you're good. The AC was quite noisy

Hotel zlokalizowany w pięknie zaaranżowanym ogrodzie. Śpiew ptaków zamieszkujących ogród umilał nam pobyt. Bardzo czysty basen. Mieszkaliśmy w domku z widokiem na basen, który bardzo przestronny i czysty. w domku bardzo czysto. Te domki przy basenie według mojej opinii najładniejsze i najbardziej komfortowo usytuowane względem innych domków. Sprzątany każdego dnia. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Bardzo blisko do morza, hotel położony w drugiej linii brzegowej- 7 minut spacerem do plaży która ma dostęp do bardzo ciepłego morza. Jednak są duże przypływy i wieczorem plaża nie jest tak szeroka jak za dnia. Piękne zachody słońca w Khao lak.

Proponowałabym aby ośrodek zainwestował w nowe komplety pościeli. Pościel była czysta, wyprana, ale posiadała zacieki, plamy wynikające zapewne z jej długotrwałego użytkowania.

L’hôtel est super calme, les bungalows sont idéalement placés. La piscine bien et propre. Le personnel est vraiment au top.

Uniquement l'emplacement un peu a l'écart.

Chambre sale, cafards dans la chambre, literie très inconfortable, coussins affreux, la piscine inutilisable avait tourné au vert... Le personnel n'est pas aimable, ni serviable. On est très loin des standards acceptables dans l'hôtellerie. On a demandé par exemple un coussin en plus, ça nous a été refusé.

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Chouette ensemble de bungalows situés dans une partie calme de la ville. Beaucoup de restaurants, bars et supérettes à 10 minutes de marche. Le jardin est bien fleuri et décoré. Il permet à chaque logement d'avoir un peu d'intimité. Le bungalow est propre et spacieux, nettoyé tous les jours. Possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur place, pratique. L'un dans l'autre, il s'agit d'une bonne adresse, faisant office de point de chute pour les excursions de la région ou se reposer à moindre frais.

La literie est un peu raide et mériterait d'être renouvelée.

Vastaanotossa pahantuulinen mies, antoi vain avaimen ja kertoi milloin aamiainen on. Muuta informaatiota emme saaneet. Huoneessamme ilmastointi lakkasi toimimasta ja lisäksi jouduimme pyytämään, että lattialle vuotava wc korjaataisiin ja ruostunut ja vihreäksi kalkkeutunut bidesuihku vaihdettaisiin. Siirryimme toiseen huoneistoon, jossa ilmastointi pelasi, mutta suihkusta ei tullut kuin pieni vesinoro. Pyysimme uutta suihkupäätä, silloin tämä mies alkoi vihaisena huutamaan ja heiluttamaan käsiään. Pyydetyt toimenpiteet hoidettiin ja niistähän hyötyvät nyt muut asiakkaat. On pelottavaa, kun henkilökunta huutaa ja reuhaa. Lomafiilis meni ja loput kolme päivää oli liian jännittävää olla hotellilla.

Nach anfänglicher Enttäuschung dann durch organisieren alles gut

Die Anlage liegt inmitten von mehren Resort und ist trotzdem recht ruhig. Allerdings führt eine hoch frequentierte Straße im hinteren Bereich vorbei. Täglich wurde gereinigt. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Anbau und hat eine kleine Terasse, somit werden die 30 m2 erreicht. Klimaanlage im Zimmer und Jalousienfenster zum öffnen. Der Sanitärbereich besteht aus einem WC, Waschtisch und einer Eckdusche. Alles offen zueinander. Frühstück gab es im zugehörigen Lokal. Hier konnte von gewählt werden ob kontinental oder mit Speck und Eiern je nach Preis. Andere Bewirtung gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht. Rollervermietung konnte direkt am Resort erfolgen. Ein sehr schöner Garten mit Pool.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas dürftig für einen läöngeren Aufenthalt. Es sind 2 Tassen und ein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Stühle fehlen. Somit muß man sich auf das Bett setzen oder die Zeit im Außenbereich verbringen. Der Türschlüssel ist an einem Zusatz, welcher auch für die Stromversorgung zuständig ist. Nimmt man ihn mit, ist auch der Strom im Zimmer aus. Also muß man den Schlüssel separieren. Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in fußläufiger Entfernung. Wer sich allerdings mit laufen etwas schwertut, sollte sich auf jeden Fall einen Roller oder Fahrrad zulegen. Die Strände dort sind nich sehr schön und es ist alles zugebaut. Im Hinblick auf die beginnende Hochsaison wurde es auch Nachts durch die umliegenden Hotels und andere Resort durch Musik doch sehr laut. Scheinbar kann man Urlaub nur noch mit lauter Musik und Tamtam verbringen. Uns hat es auf jeden Fall sehr gestört, wobei unser Resort nicht zu diesem Lärm beigetragen hat. Auch ist es extrem lästig, wenn Gäste Nachrichten und Musik auf ihren Handy hören und keine Kopfhörer verwenden.

Très bon hôtel, grande chambre propre avec un petit frigo et un immense lit. Piscine très propre avec transat. Possibilité de prendre le petit dej au resto de l hôtel. Ménage tous les jours si vous le souhaitez.A 10 mn max de la plage, à peine 10mn à pieds de la rue commerçante avec tous les restaurants. Il faut entre 15 et 20 mn pour aller au marché nocturne de bang niang.

La clim fait un peu de bruit. Il faut bien la régler et c nickel

Schöne Bungalowanlage und toller Pool

Schöne, gepflegte Bungalowanlage mit einem herrlichen Pool. Die Bungalows selber sind standardmäßig eingerichtet und könnten etwas schicker sein. Schön gelegen, aber auch teurer, sind die Bungalows direkt am Pool. Den Pool hatte man teilweise für sich alleine, weil die meisten Gäste tagsüber irgendwo hinfahren Dafür sind diese Bungalows aber innen auch kleiner, als die einzeln stehenden, weil sie sich in einem Doppelgebäude befinden. Wir hatten beides, weil wir einmal nachgebucht hatten, mussten wir in einen günstigeren umziehen, der zwar ein paar Schritte vom Pool entfernt, dafür aber auch viel größer war. Der Weg zu Fuß in den Ort ist etwas weiter, aber nicht schlimm. Es empfielt sich, einen Roller für Ausflüge z.B. an schönere Strände, direkt am Cousin Resort für 250 Baht zu mieten, weil man am eigenen Hotel keinen Pfand o.ä. hinterlegen muss. Die Strände in der Nähe gehen auch zur Not, aber andere, wie der Coconut-Beach sind schöner. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht.

Wie gesagt: die etwas spartanische Ausstattung der Bungalows.

nette süße Bungalows

Süße Anlage, Bungalows waren ausreichend ausgestattet. Pool war sauber und gemütlich zum Entspannung. Personal sehr nett und Wäschservice gegen eine kleine Gebühr gab es auch. Was sehr praktisch für uns war. Helme +Kinderhelme für Kinder zum Rollerfahren gibt es ebenfalls zum ausleihen.

Betten waren für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart, aber trotzdem ok zum Schlafen.
