I loved the theme of the hotel and the decor, this was very in theme with Disney and felt very magical. The hotel was nice and relaxing and never felt busy or overwhelming at any time. Loved the outside patio area and view of the pool outside and having the play area for the kids.
My son also loved his bunk beds.
The shuttle was very efficient and bar staff were lovely.
The swimming pool was a bit cold and felt this could be warmer, especially for children.
The breakfast was good, but a bigger selection of different foods would be beneficial especially if staying for a few days.

Dirty carpet really old decor not enough staff working the desk or bar area thus the area had constantly dirty tables No ability to order your own food in the restaurant buffet only and with lots of children touching the food you would develop gastro Rude staff
