The rooms were lovely and the proximity to Disneyland was very good. Also loved the indoor playground for the kids
The restaurant - you had to pay to have the set menu and so many people would do it the first night and then realise you could order via deliveroo. The breakfast was basic. The shop could have been open all day. The pool was really cold - especially as there were lots of young children

We are a family of four with two children aged 8 and 6. We visited Dream Castle Hotel for 3 days during the Easter holidays, so it was busy with families going to Disneyland Paris. We were going to Disney for one day and into Paris for 2 days. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone visiting Disney - as this is primarily who uses it. Everything was expected. The hotel entrance is very grand and pretty overall. I only had positive interactions with the staff, who all seemed happy, friendly, and helpful.
Our room was a reasonable size, the beds were comfortable, and we asked for an extra pillow and received it promptly.
It was a nice bonus for the kids having a pool on-site.
The breakfast was busy, but we didn't have any problems. Plenty of options.
The shuttle is handy for getting to the train station and Disney.
Overall we enjoyed our trip and these downsides didn't negatively impact our stay, but they are my observations for improvement.
In our room (1023) - the television basically didn't work, the signal was terrible. The kids weren't impressed, but we weren't there to watch tv anyway! The top bunk bed had a loose side, it was safe, but it made a terrible loud noise whenever my son turned over in bed in the night. The room was also quite hot and stuffy - the air con didn't seem to work at all. We left the window open during the night.
We didn't bother eating at the hotel restaurant in the evening as there was only a buffet option, which was quite expensive when you have kids who are both fussy eaters.
The pool was fairly small and quite cold. The women's changing rooms were very limited and part of the wall seemed to have crumbled down when you first entered - not sure what was going on there!
The shuttle was extremely crowded and uncomfortable first thing in the morning - but I guess we were there at a busy time of year.

Amazing hotel, reception area stunning. room was really nice, clean and well prepared. all staff where really nice and helpful. swimming pool small but quite at times so great for little one. Choice for breakfast and evening meals was brilliant and not over priced compared to local Uber eats fast food.
Other ignorant guests. The shuttle bus at times was very (dangerously in my opinion) full.
Neither of which is a fault of the hotel.
