Our room was big spacious we loved it The swimming pool outside was clean and a brilliant add on to our stay Loved The decor I will Recommend This hotel To everyone going to Disney Land to use This Hotel staff amazing
I loved This hotel’ I will definitely recommend This and I am glad I choose this hotel to stay Amazing staff spoke They all speak English But The shuttle service that’s offered by Dream castle was horrendous to the point it put me off ever using this service There was Adults having aggressive altercations children being squashed which im surprised This is a health & safety issue There’s no limit on this bus so people would keep squeezing them self on I saw children crying and
A disabled person in a wheel chair being fallen on were everyone is pushing each other I I didn’t realise until it was to late I would put a member of staff on this bus as it is service offered by This hotel and it can ruin the experience but after learning This I used a taxi

The Foyer and pools, its location
We did not like the plastic cups and plates for breakfast, the paper cups in our room, we bought mugs from the Supermarket and these were taken from our room as they were like the breakfast mugs, noisy corridors late at night
