Nothing much.

Everything really. It is no way a 4 star hotel. The only items in the bathroom were towels, toilet paper and two Paper cups. Depressing. Food options were bad. The breakfast was a full scale hellscape which was completely depressing.

Reception looked lovely

Hotel room was very small cramped. Toilet was very small and old. I scrapped my toe off chipped marble door saddle in bedroom.

Really bad food quality and options, don’t eat there! They didn’t even provide basic toiletries, the hairdryer was broken. Very old facilities in poor conditions

Outside was beautiful and really promising

Hotel was very dirty from the second you walk in the door, and just get worse the further in you get, carpets and floors look like they have not been cleaned for years, even walls are filthy bedrooms where so outdated had a foul smell and very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Whole Hotel is in desperate need of a revamp. Crying out for attention to be repainted and decorated and a good proper clean. Man on the coffee / Starbucks station was very rude and unwelcoming we ended up leaving to get a coffee elsewhere out of the hotel. Not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room which is the least they could do with the state of the place. Definitely won’t return and will make sure people I know don’t book this either. Pictures online are clearly from when the hotel was first opened and not of the current state.

It’s great for children and they loved the play areas and pool.

The food was very pricey. The staff were mostly helpful except one. He gave me incorrect information 3 times, which had me walking from one end of the hotel to the other. Also the toilet was closed near the pool, whilst the pool was open.

Great location with good regular shuttle bus, though coming back can be a nightmare at night. Good choice at breakfast. Rooms clean enough.

The air con made us all quite ill and have bad chests. The beds were quite hard. The staff are rude.

Location, swimming pools. Clean environment. Lifts, corridor and lobby’s very nice fragrance smell.

They failed to check us in properly, which meant they subsequently charged us another €70 the day after checking in. Not great really.

Everything was great. Perfect for families with kids. The pool was great. Rooms were great.

Hotel was great and really geared up for kids. Rooms were clean and the lunch in the bar was lovely. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The buffet was really disappointing for the price. More staff needed in bar area especially around lunch-time.

The shuttle bus was crazy at the end of the day. They should add extra shuttle buses. Adults were pushing little children to get onto the bus. Our room also smelled like cigarettes when we arrived. If you are expecting bunk beds in family room ask at check in. I assumed they were in family room and we just got 2 single beds.

I did not like this property. It was over crowded, staff were u pleasant and with in the bar restaurant I was given dirty cutlery and a dirty glass. When speaking to staff they shrugged their shoulders and clearly did not want to be there.

Breakfast was chaotic! Food stations were often empty and took along time to replenish. Food was below standard. It felt more like a school canteen rather than a restaurant in a hotel. Really disappointing given how expensive it is to stay.

Location and value. Terrific cocktails. Dinner buffet desserts. Room was clean, large, comfortable. Shower had good pressure and was clean. We had 4 adults in the room (parents and 2 adult children), and felt comfortable.

Too busy compared to staffing levels which constantly left unclean tables and sitting areas all around the bar and terrace. The busy part would not have been such an issue if there would have been people to clean when others left. The bar tenders were so busy that they could barely smile and keep up. The food was horrible. Somehow even the coffee machines were working properly. Paid for dinner and it was a massive buffet. But we left hungry. The desserts were the only thing that saved the day for that buffet. For the price, I would have just preferred to eat at disney village. We ate at the village several other days and enjoyed it much, much more.

The room was clean and we enjoyed the outdoor pool.

The hotel doesn’t really cater for children considering it is advertised for families. Food is not ideal for young children! You cannot for example simply order a bowl of chips! Breakfast is carnage, for the size of the hotel the dining area is nowhere near large enough, there are signs up stating you can only eat and drink what is purchased at the hotel, you cannot take anything from the dining area after breakfast. Again not ideal when travelling with young children, parents need access to boiled water for baby bottles, cold water for refillable juice bottles and fruit to take to the parks to snack on throughout the day. The evening menu and room service menus are not suitable for young children at all. Everything is massively overpriced, €5 for a 330ml can of Pepsi. We walked to U supermarket, and bought 6 cans for less than €4 among other groceries, because there was nothing suitable for our children past breakfast time. Luckily our room had a mini fridge. But staff at the hotel do not make you aware of local amenities. With regards to the rooms. There were no taps in the bath to run it, instead the shower head had to be used to fill the bath! I have never seen this before!

Stunning hotel excellent location and they have a shuttle bus to Disney which was fantastic .. gorgeous decor...very helpful pleasent staff....pool area was really lovely

Overall, beautifull hotel. Very nice outdoor pool.

Very dirty carpets, and huge lack of cleaness.

Food could be much better. A lot of food purchased at the bar of your hotel (and breakfast) was wasted as it was not tasty and chips were reheated chips. Other guests complained of same thing. We had to eat out of the hotel which was a real shame.

Need to improve the food.

Hotel was good, modern spacious rooms

Breakfast wasn't the best, not sure how you can get scrambled eggs wrong but they did. Complimentary Disney shuttle bus was ridiculously busy especially as we had young baby (pram). The reality is the frequency/capacity of the buses aren't big enough for the amount of hotels they are serving. (We avoided the Disney fireworks late show as we didn't want to endure the bun fight). If we come to euro Disney again we would likely pay the extra money to stay in a Disney hotel just to avoid the shuttle bus.

Great room, comfy bed, separate toilet, great breakfast and we also ate in restaurant a couple of nights, food was excellant and also lovely bar area, also a free shuttle bus to the bus parks which was frequent but quite busy at times

The only negative is the shower is not very powerful

Breakfast is very busy and it's very stressful with kids. No staff at the indoor pool. The bus to Disney land is very difficult and hard with children. We ended up using taxis (bolt).

Right near to Disneyland parks. Beautiful hotel very clean and rooms were perfect. Breakfast was lovely all 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed it. Swimming pools were an added bonus

Staff who booked us in was racist. She made this VERY clear. What a horrible experience! Im still flabbergasted with the whole thing. How is this behaviour allowed in a 5 star hotel?? We arrived late evening with our child and she made the experience awful. Checked us in very quickly, very short and rude no introduction no pleasantries. We thought fine she’s aware we have a 6 year old who needs to go to bed but her rude tone didn’t sit well with us and left a nasty impression. Went up to the room to find she had put us in a dirty room with hair that had been left on the floor in balls near the window, air conditioning broken on a balmy evening, view of a concrete block - most rooms have a decent view of some kind - this was covered by a huge pillar. Her rude behaviour and telling smirk knew what she was doing. We rung reception to atleast fix the air con - same lady answered the phone at reception. She said “perfect, I will send someone “. Her language was peculiar. Why would she call this issue “perfect “?? Nobody came. We waited 40 minutes. Our child was ready for bed. Went back to reception to change our room. Ensured we went to another staff member. We found her in the next desk welcoming in a family of white guests with great enthusiasm and giving their child the goody bag which ours didn’t get. She definitely made their experience ‘magical’! How sad that she ruined my little boys first experience of Disney / Paris / this hotel. The male staff member apologised profusely and changed our room immediately. A hotel of this calibre cannot be seen to have racist staff surely? Highly recommend the hotel gets rid of this blonde woman as quickly as possible. Unless it wants to be known as a racist hotel. Ruined our stay. Won’t be returning. Almost £700 for two nights to be treated like that.

The room was old. When we checked in, we found a pair of panties hang on the chair. We informed the receptionist, and her answer was, "My apologies, we will send the cleaner to pick them." The bins in the bedroom and bathroom were broken. The toilet was cracked and dirty, the shower was broken and the water was going everywhere, we asked to change it for us. And they change it .Breakfast was disgusting. We ate brioche and cereals. If u sufer of astma u need to be careful, as u come in the hotel there is alot of parfume, but once u go in your room is smell of humidity. Pillows were not enough as per standard requirement for hotels, should be 4 per bed, but we had only 4 and half as one was very small. No complimentary water, you will have to buy from the bar with is 6 euro, and they have only vitel, which in my opinion taste horrible. We spent 5 nights in total, and we were looking forward to leaving as soon as possible. The AC in the room we never use it as when they put it on a lot of dust came out and the white sheets had black dust on it. Also, we asked for an invoice, and we have been told that Booking. Com should provide us with one.

Everything was great with a wonderful welcome. As soon as you enter the hotel it smells so beautiful and fairytale. My kids loved it

The location and the theme of the Hotel were great for the kids. Breakfast was okay.

Everything else; - No one to help us with our luggage (we were 2 adults and 2 kids with 4 suitcases and 2 carry ones and one adult had severe back issues; it’s a 4 star hotel; bellhop service should be a given) - they gave us a wrong room and we had ordered room service and when they gave us the right room which we had to move our own bags to again the food came and when we asked the waiter to help us carry the food to the new room because we had to move our luggage, he said no angrily dropped the food on the table and left. - the housekeeping was extremely extremely bad. We would return to the room and it was messier than when we left it. We’ve called reception about this problem and they promised to give the room a deep clean the next day. Never happened. The floor is extremely filthy. Both me and my nephew have sensitive skin and were itching all over every time we were in that room. - Disney Bus transfer is basically fight for your life, they don’t have a dedicated one for the hotel but share one with 4 different hotels and it gets extremely crowded that you can’t breathe, that is if you were able to even get on the bus. We had to Uber a few times because it just wasn’t worth the time wasted.

Child friendly

-Breakfast experience was hard, our clothes stinked cause smell of the food area. -the service design of the Disneylans shuttle was poor, families need a line and a facilitator rahter than a wait and jump challenge
