Dream Castle Hotel Marne La Vallee

Large room. interconnecting rooms. Well decorated. This is our 3rd visit as we enjoy this hotel. Staff are always helpful.

Extra pay for parking when there is a huge car park. TV didn't work properly which was really annoying as kept dropping signal.

Fabulous entrance hall/reception area but rooms are in need of updating and refurbishment. Meals and drinks are expensive.

The return shuttle bus service to the hotel was absolutely appalling. After just the first night, we decided we could no longer rely on the shuttle buses and instead used a private taxi service to get back to the hotel. During peak times, the situation was chaotic, unsafe and completely unacceptable. The behaviour of some passengers was shocking, aggresive and disgraceful, with little to no consideration for children, pregnant women or those who may struggle with challenging situations. Forget about queuing or boarding the buses in an orderly manner; it was every person for themselves. At times, it genuinely felt as though you were putting your safety at risk simply by trying to get on a bus. There urgently needs to be proper crowd management and security in place to ensure passengers can board safely and that vulnerable individuals are treated with consideration and respect. This experience has completely put us off staying at any hotel outside the Disney resort hotels, where access to the parks is much easier and more convenient. Following our experience, we looked online at other guests' reviews and were shocked to discover that this appears to be a regular occurrence during peak times, with many people reporting similar experiences. It is absolutely disgraceful that this situation is seemingly allowed to continue despite the volume of negative feedback and terrible reviews. Guests should not have to endure such a stressful and potentially dangerous experience at the end of a day at the parks. The lack of effective management and action to address these ongoing issues is deeply disappointing and has significantly affected our overall experience.

Very comfortable bed and large room

Staff were indifferent and pizza was the most expensive pizza I have ever bought anywhere in the world. I lost my watch and no one has contacted me yet to confirm that they looked and didn’t find it or otherwise. The bus service to the Disney parks was like a cattle truck. On the way back at night I have never seen buses packed so tightly or people behave so poorly struggling to get on. Everyone knows that Disney empties at 1030pm why could the company could not lay on extra buses and erect some barriers to make patrons queue properly. Not a great sight for anyone. Also there were rats running into and out of the bins
