Location was great, very clean and comfy room, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very yummy!

Bit expensive for a bottle of water at the bar. Plus the parking is a bit expensive (£15) but you do get a 24hr stay.

Walkable to Bournemouth town centre.

Foyer smelt of BO. Requested a nice room and was given a room above the bar/restaurant at the front of the building. Was disturbed in the evening by very loud music from below and in the morning disturbed by bin lorry arriving. There was a body hair attached to my complimentary mini soap under the label.. ugh! Breakfast was the worst we have encountered..continental breakfast has no cold meats or cheeses out and poor offering of other items. When requested cheese selection were given sliced cheese that was dry and old. Toaster not working properly, had to ask for butter. Mushrooms were very shrivelled and obviously old. On arrival the Staff member had said they would change our room after one night but then changed their mind despite the hotel being fairly empty. Parking is £15 per night but there is free parking right outside after 5pm.

Súper warm and welcoming check in. Room very comfortable. Shower excellent. Had a small problem with the door lock in my room and they swapped me to another room no problem. Cooked breakfast very good too.

We stayed in room 116 which was a great size room, water was lovely and hot .. pillows were fabulous 'didn't want to get up' breakfast was lovely and plentiful would stay there again x

Nice hotel, good location

Staff were all lovely, comfy room, nice big towels. Location was good near the town. We had a problem with our shower, which was quickly rectified.

The hotel reception area was so hot, far too hot.How the reception staff work in that heat is beyond me. The only complaint about the room was that the towel radiator was too near the toilet, you literally had to sit sideways as you would burn your knees. But apart from that, the room was comfy.

A pleasant stay.

A new and modern hotel not far from.the centre and the beach. Close to various facilities, has its own restaurant, and bar and reception are open 24h, offers luggage store before and after your stay. I loved the decor, I found the bedrooms comfortable and warm enough for a winter stay, but with an overlook on some minor details. The personell we encountered was all quite young and sometimes a bit unexperienced but very friendly and available.

Wont be staying again

Breakfast was good

Turned up at 12.30pm....we couldn't check in till 3pm.....we asked if our room would be ready soon.....told it could be a while....5 minutes later we was told if we could pay £ 10 then we could have the room......also in the evening we ordered 3 SINGLE jd and cokes from bar.....we paid for these drinks but 10 minutes later the batman told us he had made 3 DOUBLE jds and he had only charged us for singles.....was highly embarrassing

Pleasant and convenient location good

The rooms were very clean however the sink would not hold the water due plug not fitting properly The secure lock for night times did not work properly due to misalignment of the door frame. These faults we not noticed until the nighttime and I was not prepared to change rooms then. Otherwise the rooms were very pleasant

One of the worst hotels ive ever stayed at.

Location

Very very old, not been updated. The heating wasnt working and my room was so cold i struggled to sleep and was awake most the night. I suffer from asthma also so the cold effects me, my chest and my breathing more then a normal person. I spoke to hotel staff that didnt really care about what I had to say. Very disappointing. And to top it all off i paid £15 for parking for one night which is a very extortionate rate. Very disappointed.

In my opinion not 4 Star hotel, however if rated 3 star it would have not been as disappointing.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Breakfast lovely and everywhere kept very clean. Good value for money.

Lift not working which was an inconvenience as I was traveling with Seniors. The restaurant wasn’t opened in the evening which was disappointing to find out when we arrived late evening after traveling all day. The hairdryer was broken. The triple room we were using was basic, and judging from the photos on the website they were showing much nicer decorated room and more space for 3 adults. No phone extension in the room to contact reception down stairs.

The room was very comfortable and I liked the very large bath towels.

There was an air of the hotel being short-staffed and we had to wait a very long time for our breakfast.

Bournemouth is a nice place to eat out and shop.

The room was a decent size.

The basin in the bathroom was blocked. No blind or curtain at the bedroom window. AirCon units blocked with dust/fluff. I was concerned about legionnaires disease. The restaurant was closed, Chef on holiday! Hotel in administration - certificate out of date from 8/11/25. Lift not in use as certification had run out.

Pleasant enough stay. Friendly staff and clean room but had to pay for extras

The room was very nice. Clean and well Presented

The blinds didn’t do much to block out the light which was coming in from the courtyard, so didn’t get much sleep. Also unfair that I had to pay for parking just because I used booking.com to book and didn’t book directly through the hotel. Breakfast should have been included too at that price.

they charge £15 a night parking if you book through booking.com. The room was 29 degrees andi couldbt get it to cool down at all. even with all the windows wide open.

Location. Staff helpful. Room great and nice and clean. Bed comfy and room peaceful and quiet. Nice bar and reception area. Nice festive decor. Nice selection at breakfast.

No complimentary shower gel. Plug in sink didn't work so couldn't run a sink of water for face washing or shaving.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and worked very hard

The lift was out of order (I'm over 80 and wasn't informed.) The window in the room is in a bad state if repair, which was no help with the bad winds.

Nice location.

Very close to the beach and about a 15min walk to the pier so a nice location. We had a family room and it was quite big. Staff were all very nice.

The single bed in the family room was a bit lumpy and not that comfortable. Also, the room next to us must have been a smoking room and as a result, our room stunk of smoke which really wasn’t very nice.

Don't stay in room 200 if there is a wedding

Clean. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly.

Toilet was very cramped. You could rest your head on the towel rail whilst having a wee! There were no curtains, just blinds. So too much light came through. The phone to reception didn't work. Having to pay £30 for parking! We were there 2 nights but didn't get there till 4.30 on Friday & left at 10.30 on Sunday.

Constant door banging of fire door in corridor outside room 109 - made room door shudder therefore making you feel somebody trying to get in. Fire door needs a quieter mechanism.

Apart from a couple of negatives, we had a good stay, the price of the room was value for money.

Location of hotel was perfect for centre of Bournemouth, having onsite parking was good. It was nice to have the bar to have a relaxing drink.

Breakfast could be earlier and cheaper, breakfast starts at 8am, 7-7.30 would be better especially if your are travelling for work. Second visit in 2 months and lift was still out of order. In some places the hotel is looking a bit tired.

Very clean hotel

Very clean hotel. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice shower.

The silly short lead on the kettle. Apparently the rooms are allocated randomly. We are elderly,( late 70s) as were our friends also staying there.. We were both given attic rooms. A little thought at check-in might help. They did swop rooms for us but our friends struggled and he is on oxygen!
