The bed was comfortable , and convenient usb sockets
No breakfast facilities, and breakfast in the services was expensive and lukewarm warm

For the amount we paid we can’t complain but the carpet was filthy the bed was comfy tea & coffee making was good
Just the carpet was filthy it really needed a good cleaning & the receptionist her English was not very good

The cost was good
Well it’s a very very Basic hotel. I guess I didn’t. Do my research. And you may see some small friends in the bushes outside the hotel. But there isn’t much they can do about that

Bed clean and comfortable, good location just off motorway. Didn't expect much for the price £55 but was pleased that could take dog in room. Surprised I was charged an addition £20 for dog, no mention of this on Booking.com.
Not much lighting around hotel, walking dog in evening/morning difficult, no designated areas. Lots of rats in carpark but it is a busy service station, not sure hotel can be held responsible for the rubbish left by service station users.
