Modern and had everything I needed. Checkin/out was easy. Even got upgraded to a double room which I was very grateful for.

Some guests were loud but I use earplugs so that’s fine. Could also do with more parking spaces.

The worst hotel I've ever seen!

If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment I arrived, I knew it was going to be bad. The bloke on the front desk barely said a word, just grunted and handed me the key. No welcome, no information, nothing. The smell downstairs was awful, like something had died. The so-called guest area downstairs is basically a storage room full of junk. Not somewhere you’d want to sit for more than a few seconds. The whole place feels run down and unloved. The room itself looked like a bad DIY project. Bits of wood randomly screwed to the wall, holes everywhere, and sockets half hanging out. The bed was harder than nails, and the radiator blasted full heat that couldn’t be turned down. It was like trying to sleep in a sauna. The shower was a complete nightmare. The plug trap was broken, the bathroom blind was ripped, and the water was either boiling hot or even hotter. No cold water at all. There was also a side light with no plug for it, which just summed the place up really. The whole idea of staying somewhere is to be able to sleep and leave at least a little rested. I didn’t get a wink. Everything about this place was grubby, uncomfortable and poorly looked after. I’ve stayed in budget hotels that were far better. This one was genuinely the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid it completely.

Dismal

I like that there was a fridge and microwave in the room, and the smart TV was an added bonus.

The hotel was very noisy - both inside and outside. Inside: There was a lot of door banging and people constantly coming in and out of their rooms and talking very loudly. Outside: The hotel is situated on a main road, but it wasn't the road noise that bothered me, it was instead from the patrons of the hotel, smoking and shouting outside of my window. I suspect the hotel is being used to house families. Another issue I had was on the morning that I was due to vacate, as I was laid in bed, a maid suddenly let herself into the room without notice! This happened around 9am, when the hotels departure time was still 1 houe 30 mins off - 10:30am. I was not only shocked, but also very glad that the covers were over me when she entered! She apologised and left. Then around half an hour later she was knocking again. I had to remind her that the departure time was still an hour off! Ridiculous!

Nothing arrived stood around for 30 mins no one available to check me in so had to find another hotel

What breakfast? No food available at any time.

QTY. Description 0 Options for breakfast. Call this an hotel without breakfast? 0 Places to put damp towels. Apart from on the floor or the beds. 0 Armchairs. Only 1 basic chair. 0 Case stand. Had to put our case on the floor. 0 fire extinguishers. 0 carpets on floor. Only lino. 0 room service. For the second night, we would expect the cups to be washed and tea/coffee etc to be replenished. 1 emergency escape route down very steep staircase. 0 Typical hotel room basics like 'do not disturb' door knob hangers. 1 Parking space vacant on returning for second night. If we had been two minutes later returning then we would not have been able to park. Also had to pay in full on arival before we could register.

Good staff and amazing value

The staff were great and the accommodation is very well priced.

It was very noisy outside until 1.15am and then more shouting at about 5am. Not from within the hotel but neighbours. I do not fault the hotel for this. I would stay there again but would take ear plugs incase.

Place to visit!

Clean, tidy, been pleased to find kettle, fridge and microwave in the room! Great location, walking distance from the shops or the town centre, gas station! Will visit again, highly recommended!👌💯🥰

Frequent wycombe visitor who will stay again

I was surprised how nice it was for the cost, it exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay again. I booked a single but was given a double so plenty of room, the room was clean and tidy with a microwave, kettle and fridge. Toiletries included, clean towels and clean bedding. Secure car park.

Next time I would book a room at the back of her hotel as the main road at the front it very noisy.

Solo traveller with work

There was good, safe undercover parking! The guys on reception were friendly, helpful and very likeable. The room was clean though and the staff made an effort to keep it nice.

Unfortunately I did not like staying here, I cancelled my second week and moved to a nearby private lodge. It might have been the weather which tainted it for me as it was 28-29 degrees that week but the room just could not be cooled overnight, let alone during the day. Very small shower that probably would not accommodate a larger person, and a small sink I couldn't fill my water bottle with. (Needed to use a cup as a go between). Electricity supply fully shuts off with the door card being removed which is obviously good for power saving and turning off the lights, but it also shut the fridge off so no cold drinks when I got back of an evening. It's more guest house than hotel.

It is the second time I have stayed because the price and location suit me. There is no restaurant but there is a microwave as well as tea and coffee.

To plug in the bedside lamp and my computer I had to move the bed out. It would have been nicer if the lamp had already been plugged in

Hair and blood stains in the bed

Thought Reception said room 40 up 2 flights of stairs ( turned out he said 20). I asked for a room on ground floor, said they didn't have any. I always check the bed and bathroom before settling down. The bed sheets had 3 different types of hair in it and Blood stains . I went to Reception, asked for refund, he offered me another room. ( thought they didn't have any?!?) No, definitely want my money back , thank you. He did apologise for state of room. Hotel would have been perfect if it had been clean.

The cleanliness of the property was great, pretty good location, decent sized room, two beds, shower was lovely, tea& coffee provided in room, Ivan who checked me in was so lovely and helpful!

No food offered but I knew that before I booked. However there are places to eat close by. Tea and coffee provided.
