Cleanliness and off street parking
In our room the beds were both uncomfortable. My wife got back pain from the old mattress. Very little shower/toilet room.

No food available. No lift and no offer to take bags to room for elderly guests.

The staff were very friendly and, changed my room on check in when I expressed dismay that there was no lift to 2nd floor. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, nice shower.
It was extremely noisy, even late evenings. On my second night it sounded like furniture was being moved in the room above at 10.30 at night. Cleaning started at around 8.30am and there was a lot of external noise. The wi-fi was very unreliable during the day which made it difficult for me to work.
I was expecting to find a kitchen but, when I saw how chaotic it looked through the window, I decided against using it.
