Atlantic Tower Hotel Liverpool By Sunday

We had one breakfast and it was tasty and plentiful

We stayed for four nights and were told that the rooms were cleaned every three days which is fair enough but on the fourth day I had to go to reception to get fresh towels and no apology or explanation was given. Our bins were overflowing as well!

Location was excellent, close enough to all shops but not right in centre

Only thing that did slightly put me off was carpet in bedroom! Could do with a good clean, but no problem with room size, facilities location or service received.

Location and helpful staff

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is spot on for all the sights of Liverpool.

The room was cold on entrance, the room is dated , the carpet stained and the bed squeaked. The room needed a really good clean but it was surface c;lean. The TV was interesting, to find BBC was a mystery that we solved eventually. There was one or two lifts working intermittently and the one that was the main lift seemed to miss floors out at busy times. We understood that the hotel had their own parking, but we weren't asked on check in where we had parked. We did park in the NCP at the back of the hotel.
