Location was great, close to moorfields metro and lots of bars restaurants and cafes
Aircon was fantastic
Staff were wonderful
Two out of 3 lifts were out of order and we were on the 12th floor.
We were right next to a hallway door and that slammed throughout the night

The room not being cleaned unless you book it to be cleaned it should be the original put the sign on the door instead of having to use an app
