Disappointing compared to earlier stays.

Staff and location.

The room was not up to the standard of my previous visits to the property. Room not that clean a bit smelly and noisy.

Good location but paper thin walls

Great location and room was very clean.

The shower was in a bath and didn’t drain properly so filled up the bath while you showered. We had a jack and Jill bedroom so had a door into the joining room. We obviously kept it locked but the people next door were shouting throughout the night and banging and trying to unlock the door throughout the early hours of the morning and we could hear everything. But once reported to reception it did stop.

The view from my room

Being picky here. When entering the room it was pitch black. I could not find the light switch. Looked all round the door but it was the other side of the bathroom door not near front. But I get it. It probably was better placed there as wardrobe on opposing wall.

Beautiful clean comfortable hotel , staff are exceptional and went out of their way to help accommodate my needs . The two ladies on the front desk made our stay memorable and are such lovely warm souls. Definitely recommend

Brilliant stay and worth the money

Staff were great, hotel was very clean . Views from the room were great and location was near to the Pier Head and a few minutes walk to the city centre.

Awful nights sleep

Didn’t get any sleep the room we were in was an adjoining room and the noise was unbearable. It was literally like having another couple in the room with us, we could hear there full conversations and resulted in putting the tv on just for privacy.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been

The worst experience,never go to this hotel!!!!Holes in the towels,black hair on the bed and everywhere in the bathroom(I’m blond!!!).On the booking there is information about every Monday free 2 hours late check out,they didn’t let me use this option,I arrived after midnight and booked this hotel only for late check out and on the reception in the middle of the night lady is saying that is impossible.4 star hotel no robе or slippers in the room,people on the reception was not even trying to understand and find any solution,I was showing them web site with this information,they was watching me saying this is impossible!!!!

Excellent location with views from our room over The Liver buildings and River Mersey. Very clean room and comfortable bed.

My only gripe was there were a few noisy guests kept banging doors going in and out of rooms.

Nice hotel with a comfy bed

Our room was available when we called in to register our car and pay for the car park, which meant we could leave our luggage and go out for the rest of the day and night. Great location and far enough out of the busy bit. Value for money as it was a Sunday night!

A random £2.40 payment from OYO was withdrawn from my bank card at 2.30am. When I questioned staff about this, they told us it was Liverpool City Tax. It would have been useful to be told about this, rather than think that I'd been sleepwalking and spent this in the hotel in the early hours. I am actually baffled as to how this was taken, when I'd only paid for car parking via contactless via my phone, and didn't physically hand my bank card over on check-in.

I had to ask for another duvet as the beds were together so we had to separate them even though I booked a twin room. The beds were uncomfortable. Very noisy during the night. And the breakfast was absolutely terrible.

Room size was fair. Bed was good and comfortable. Shower good.

Breakfast was appalling. Poor value for the price paid. Not enough tea in the room. When asked at reception for more Peppermint tea they had none at all.
