The place is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing. The staff were kind and amazing to us. The wines they make are great, and the location was amazing.

Great stay

The location is great, a wonderful view on the vineyards. The new reception building is gorgeous, as were the other buildings. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and warm.

There were bugs in the entry hall and even some in the room. We had not been informed that there was a mini kitchen hidden inside the cupboard.

Very relaxing! And great hospitality

We loved the surrounding nature , not too far from the highway. We used as a 1 night stay over but We will plan to go back and stay longer to do some hiking and explore the region.

No default maybe breakfast a little bit expensive It’s also a pity in general in Italy for tiny showers but we do love a bidet, you have to choose one or the other ;)

Beautiful Stay

Very friendly staff, Margarita was exceptional and very knowledgeable about the wines. The location was beautiful and the biopool was an unexpected bonus and a lovely sanctuary to relax around.

Nothing to dislike...the only slight issue was the very limited options for gluten free eating but that would not affect many people and certainly didn't affect our stay.

Frogs although cute making a lot of noise at night to sleep well. Bring ear plugs. Room was very hot.

Beautiful setting, stunning countryside, clean and welcoming room, comfy bed. Honesty bar for their wine and places to sit out under the stars to decompress after a long drive.

We came on a Weds evening and unfortunately the restaurant was closed, also we had to leave early and breakfast starts at 8.30 so we missed out on what would I am sure have been a delicious start to the day!

This is really an exceptional place to stay. I am sorry that we had only 1 night there, next time I will plan more. I love a little bit remote and outside the city places - and this location, among the hill vineyards is a true gem. Be sure to arrive earlier, before dinner time, to have enough time to enjoy a glass of wine in front of the lake or while walking in the vineyards during golden hour :) Food in the restaurant was a true gourmet experience - and the most delicious one I tried during this trip exploring Bologna. The stuff were extremely polite and welcoming, especially Viola :) Be sure also to have time for wine degustation in the glass hall, which has amazing view. And last, but not least - try their locally produced cosmetics made on grape basis, you will not regret it:)

One of the most beautiful locations and properties we have ever stayed at. The vision they have for the property is beautifully executed, the employees are truly wonderful. Our dog was welcome, the food was spectacular, definitely have a dinner on the premises. Quality of sleep is great, shower is amazing, parking is right outside. we cannot thank the staff for welcoming us and truly making us have an amazing stay.

Everything is so well thought of, the only thing I can think of is more flat surfaces in the bathroom for toiletries. But that is it!

A romantic and relaying hideaway with great wines and food

Corte D'Aibo is an organic vineyard, restaurant and hotel in a beautiful location with a natural lake, great food, nice staff and good wines. The perfect getaway to relax and enjoy Italy.

Some of the rooms are a little bit older and could soon do with a makeover, but they were still very clean and we didn't spend time inside anyway :)

View was great and the place is beautiful. Resturant was good but really expensive.

The towels weren't really towels (more like really thin fabrics) and they were dirty. The bed cover was also dirty. We had the room next to the access road so it was noisy from the cars and from the reaturant.

Oh my God. This is a piece of heaven. Beautiful place, overlooking hills, vines and an abbey. They rooms are simple, and for the price they are perfect. The farms is in a national park, and everything is organic. Therefore there's no regular pool, but a biolake, full of harmless critters, frogs and dragonflies. Vito is an amazing person, managing the hotel, restaurant and the farm itself. A true man of work. The restaurant is great, just make sure you order ahead, because it is usually full. We would definitely come back, with some backup.
