About this house rental

A villa on two floors, with ample outdoor space and a swimming pool for exclusive use, renovated two years ago. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pizza oven and outdoor barbecue, canopy and large table under a cool canopy. Ideal for one or more families. Independent heating and chimneys for the winter. Possibility of walks on CAI paths, farms nearby where to buy fresh products, strategic starting point to visit other cities.

Beautifully located in the hills around Sasso Marconi, with a fantastic pool and a nicely kept garden. The pool is cleaned practically daily, and the trash is removed daily as well, which was great. The house is large (we are a family of 6), but quite old and needs updating in many areas. In particular the beds are terrible and should have been replaced years ago. All of us had a sore back in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped but full of personal belongings and clutter, leaving little room to put groceries. This also makes it hard to clean, and it shows. Finally, for a house that sleeps 7, the pool (which was otherwise great!) really needs more than two (comfortable) sun beds…

À l’arrivée pas de chauffage pas d’eau chaude.Il faisait très froid. Piscine fermée. Propreté à revoir beaucoup de poussière vaisselle mal entretenu nombreuse araignées et punaises.

Host Giulia: really very friendly, warm and welcoming, gave us good recommendations! House: lively, spacious, personal, beautifully decorated, no ikea-style, lots of cooking fascilities, beautifull plates, cups, good beds, many bathrooms, I love it! Garden: magnificent view, silent, pizza oven, bbq, lounge beds, huge swimmingpool! Surroundings: silent area, a few houses in the neighbourhood, a 5km drive uphill from the village, 20-30 min drive to bologna, other cities like florence, ferrara, parma, ravenna possible at a day trip Conclusion; a beautifull house, I would love to come back many times!!
