Great Eat facility and location Staff excellent. Lovely atmosphere in the bar. Cant comment on the food but superb Indian curry house ( the pavilion) 2 minutes drive 4th stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone

A relaxed stay. Very clean and everything we needed. The warmth, and helpfulness of all staff means we'd return in a shot. Love the inclusive swim, sauna and steam . A hotel that knows what matters.

While clean and tidy with nice staff what let our stay down was by the attention to detail. For example I asked for adjoining rooms we didn't get that instead we got 2 rooms both very different and some distance away from each other. The dinner menu was very uninspiring while the dining area was hot with no cooling I could see and dated furniture and uncomfortable seating. In the room there was no water, no shampoo and my bed was lumpy however room was very clean and tidy. I also requested late checkout after a 4 hour trip back to home I got an email to say they couldn't do it 😂 All in all given the hotels rating etc pretty disappointing stay
