Location, check-in, check-out efficiency.
Helped with basics like scissors, iron board.
The cold shower and most powerful on cold.
Felt the man at reception could have helped me better to arrange my taxi. I only had a data phone and requested if he call me a local taxi. He said he didn’t want to call and pointed to the local taxi number and said they had an app. The local app didn’t work as no driver connected and the area for Uber wasn’t the best as Ubers tended to stay around main Belfast. Luckily I managed to grab a couple of Ubers as they had dropped off close by but I was late for my events a couple of times.
It is an old style b&b so not sound proof inside the room.
Breakfast is one set fee regardless of what you eat. My wife had one omelette and one tea but it was like 20£.
It is an electric shower. The power of the shower slows down if turned to red.

Great location, host was very friendly and hospitable.
Unfortunately there was a fusty smell from the curtains of smoke, there was rubbish still in the bin upon arrival, there was some dirt behind the kettle, and the shower went hot and cold and between little pressure and a lot of pressure.
