Decor, modern, quality of things, good size room, everything as you would want from somewhere to stay.
A blue boost light in the room that I didn’t know how to turn off and kept me awake a lot of the night

Looked nice and was nicely decorated
Keypad entry could be less complicated

Clean comfy hotel with nice decor in a convenient central location in town. With a relaxation room and large kitchen. I would definitely stay there again and would also recommend it to others.
There were tea bags and coffee capsules in the kitchen but no milk (not even in sachets) so you couldn't make a cup of tea. It also would have been nice to have bottled water in the rooms as otherwise there was only tap water to drink and it was unclear whether the water from the bathroom taps could be drunk but I assumed not as it was a converted townhouse so it would mean a trip down to the kitchen to get drinking water. There was also no bath mat for the bathroom when you step out of the shower so the floor did get wet. The room was also very hot at night (the UK was experiencing a heatwave during my stay and N.I. was 22 degrees celsius) and there was no A/C. The windows did open but the room was at the front of the house and the main road was very noisy even late into the night. Also the parking directly outside the property is permit parking only so you can only park for 60 minutes. Other options to park include the other side of the road outside the Baptist Church or in the Kennel Lane car park behind the Baptist Church which is reasonably priced at around £4.60 per day.

The room was clean, and beautifully decorated. Same as the bathroom. Bed was comfy, pillows were lush and the carpet was amazing to walk on
A standing fan for the hot days. So the windows didn't have to be open and let in all the car noise. Old do with staff being a little easier to reach and main door needs attention as takes a bit of jiggling to open. Once in contact with staff they were very friendly and helpful
